I Dont Know Is There Something Weird Going On With The Specific Memories That Were Mentioned To The Mindflayer/Vecna

I don’t know… is there something weird going on with the specific memories that were mentioned to the mindflayer/Vecna during Will’s possession… ?

Like… Vecna’s done something to those memories, those dates… like he’s stolen them, or hidden them from the minds of Will and the others who were present at the time. Because they had power over him last time.

March 22nd. Will’s birthday. It’s just… gone.

Drawing the rainbow spaceship? Building Castle Byers? Maybe they’re gone too.

And what about “Do you remember the first day we met?”

Mike saying “I feel like my life started the day we found you in the woods” to El because the memory of meeting Will on the swingset, asking him to be his friend… it’s gone.

Anyway Stranger Things is about Mike

People do get it in S1, no? Mike's friends goes missing, so he makes his other friends go out looking, they find a magic child,. Mike takes care of her and somehow manages this to be the way to save his friend. All the time he goes to intense traumatic emotions representing slowly growing up.

In the following seasons people don't get it although the basic root plot has not changed.

Now clearly this is largely about Mike's sexuality, As girls as in El, who is decidedly Mike's girl, is fascinating but scary "I am the monster, I opened the gate" blabla. And boys are scary as in Will, who is obviously Mike's boy, who is very lovely but super dangerous "It was a trap!!". Mike tries to be all "We get through this together" but he is clearly in over his head in S2. People die!

In S3 the flesh monster of puberty attacks, and renders Mike incapable of being a good boyfriend to El and incapable of being innocently as close to Will as before for whatever reason. People die!!

S4 is really just the first half of the final season in which we are closely introduced to the monster who has been tormenting Will and will torment Mike in S5. The monster he will have to overcome for the happy ending. Which is in his case accepting himself as gay and being honest to his loved ones. Mike for his part spend Season 4 is artificially created safety angsting about having to break up with his girlfriend and flirting with Will, with lots of hints that Mike was to be the actual target. But the climax of the story is being filmed right now.

Therefore everything is about Mike on the deepest level. The flesh monster of puberty is easiest to understand. But also Henry/Vecna, who is so much like Will, because Will is Mike's problem, and the El-associated Demogorgon and the giant vaginas it leaves everywhere to symbolize both birth and female sexuality. Oh Vecna is of course pure scary penis symbolism too.

Hence why they can see no difference btw. There is no difference. The supernatural = sexuality as it cruelly presents itself to Mike unasked, when he was actually perfectly busy being an innocent kid.

So you can not analyze Mike's relation to the supernatural while leaving out El or Will and his relationships to them. They ARE his relation to the supernatural. El and Will and the monsters they bring are Mike's story, which is called Stranger Things. Over and out.

Someone was switched at birth at this point like why this many references to that... that's so weird 🤔 it's also often connected to mrs. Wheeler or Nancy somehow like she tells Nancy that in season 3 and then this book is near a book with Nancy's name... What is up with this
