New Vegas self insert, because now it’s one of my favorite games :|

They’re name is Finn and is a prospector born in Westside but now wanders around the Mojave for better scrap. Their pre-war frog hat was found and gifted to them by my courier oc. I’ll explain their relationship more when I introduce him.
