Summary:

The Machine Herald is captured by Piltover after a failed attack on the bridge, and he is mortally wounded in the process. Jayce must risk everything to save him and repair the damage done, racing against the clock as Piltover hunts him down for treason, but the history between them complicates things. Despite his claims that his actions are no longer dictated by emotion, Viktor is still harboring anger and hatred for his exile in the wake of Jinx's attack, and blames Jayce for what happened. But despite it all, they still care about each other (in their own violent, traumatized ways) and as time runs out, necessity forces them to face the past—and each other—if they want to get out of this unscathed.

In the second panel, Leo walks up to Donnie’s desk where Donnie is seen typing at his keyboard. The sfx “tap tap tap” is written above Donnie’s hands.

A wide shot of Leo standing next to Donnie’s chair looking down at him with their backs to the camera. The harsh glow of the computer monitors cast long shadows on the floor. Donnie continues typing, not giving any indication that he knows Leo’s there. The sfx “tap tap tap tap” is written above Donnie.

The camera position has changed and we the viewers are now facing Donnie and Leo. Leo climbs up into the chair, using Donnie and the back of the chair as support with his left and right hand respectively. Donnie allows Leo to manhandle him and pays no mind to him, still typing away.

Leo slips and is stuck flailing awkwardly behind Donnie, who has not stopped typing on his keyboard. In the second panel, Leo starts twisting around, trying to get comfortable in the tight space.

Leo finally settles and has himself tucked snuggly around Donnie, sighing in content. Donnie remains unfazed.

An overhead shot revealing Leo curled around behind Donnie with his hands pulled to his chest. Leo’s legs dangle half off the side of the chair awkwardly, yet he looks to be peacefully sleeping. Donnie continues typing at his keyboard, the computer monitors now a warm pink color. The sfx “tap tap tap tap” is written above the chair.
