Spent all day writing a fic in my head about hedge witch Megumi who moves to the mountains to study his craft and is accosted (befriended) by guardian diety and local good boy Yuuji.

Who is Yuuji guarding? The local village - from Megumi himself, Megumi assumes (incorrectly).
