He had attended as a youth, converting the quarter-mile of parish grounds into a second-rate carnival full of cheap thrills and poorly-maintained rides

You meandered through the crowds with him like tourists,

eventually ending up at the pirate ship at the far end of the fair.

A mechanical boat that rose into the sky, then swooped back down in the other direction like a swallow diving for insects.

You were nervous and began to fidget, refusing to get in line before Felix and your friends talked you into going.

When the ride started, any romantic idea he had of holding hands or an embrace

was quickly abandoned when he saw the white-knuckled grip on the safety rail

like you feared for your life.

i found out that one of my favorite writers was being harassed by a minor who broke the rules and made the writer uncomfortable. especially if you’re a MINOR asking an ADULT to write a smut request for you, that is genuinely weird as hell. not only that, you’re also making it harder for the writer to continue being on here and writing what they enjoys.

if you’re a minor, im serious, do not interact with 18+ blogs for the sake of the writers!! please put your age indicator on your blog as well!!! i cant believe we have to keep saying this 😭

all i am asking for is you to respect other writers’ boundaries 😐
