12TH SYNASTRY CULTURE 🛸 {PART 2}

12TH in synastry, is making love mentally. It's stimulating the darkest places in the partner's mind. You don't need to be near each other to know that something has happened.

It's mystical, it's like you're exploring the dark and cold universe alone. It's like you have a mental and spiritual connection, you bring out the best in the person in the house.

There might also be a bit of disillusionment there. Especially if Neptune and Venus fall there. You give the person of the house the role of muse. You write songs, poems and poetry about her. You put her in the lead role, which ends up putting the expectations very high on her. That never ends well.

You two are like a psychedelic dream, it's an explosion of colors and feelings. It's a very strong connection that can end up leading to hatred. So be aware of the signs, give space and time for the two of you.

If you two recently broke up, you're probably having trouble getting over the person. She appears in your dreams as a ghost. I've been there.

It's karmic, the two of you probably met in a past life. That doesn't mean you're soul mates destined to be together. Most likely you came into this life to resolve issues from the past, and let go. There's better things coming your way, believe me.

If Moon-Mars aspects weren’t already over-hyped, let’s add more fire to the flames shall we.

This is one of my favorite aspects to have in romantic relationships, as you can feel the feel the heat from moon-mars contacts. While it is important to note that having this one aspect does not always point to a highly, sexually charged relationship. You must take into account where the planets fall in the chart for further guidance on attraction. That being said, even in a platonic relationship you can still feel the vibrations of this energy. 

This aspect points to both physical and sexual attraction between two people. With the conjunction, you probably felt it immediately. Especially the stronger the conjunction is. Moon represents how we deal with our emotions, our feelings, our soppy inner core. Mars is our drive, our fierceness. When you put this together, it can be a recipe for a deliciously passionate, intense, short lived (if other chart aspects do not point to longevity) relationship.  It creates an urge to procreate with the other person. I’ve had this aspect before with a number of people, and it has made me crave children in the “moment.” Even if I hadn’t had any prior thoughts of it. The Mars person is more filled with energy, and typically instigates the sexual component. The Moon can find the Mars person to be a warm, comforting energy. At its best this aspect shows two people who are not only intensely sexually attracted to one another, but comfortable with each other too.

On the downside, it  may prove to be too much for some people. The Moon person can find themselves getting their feelings hurt more easily, and find the Mars person to be too reactive, and in the worst case, cruel. Moon may begin to grow tired of the constant energy and warrior-like attitude of Mars, and Mars could begin to find Moon to be too much of a crybaby for their taste. The sign in which this aspect takes place in will play a big factor in how it is acted out. A Moon conjunct Mars in Scorpio could play out as a power imbalance with a splash of extra passion.

Easier aspects in the chart will help soften the energy of this, but at its core it shows a connection of sexual drive, emotional magnetism and complementary yin-yang energy.

His Venus, Moon, Mars and Saturn all fall in my 8th house. In this part I will only talk about his planets and how it felt to be the house person.

🥀 VENUS IN 8TH

When I first met him it was like my whole body had received an electrical charge. My mouth went dry and my heart raced. It was a quick and silly conversation but it had me dying to find out more about him. He was beautiful, like a Greek God, I had already been attracted to other men before, but no one could compare with his beauty. He had something that made me want to get to know him more. He was mysterious, sexy, bold and confident.

His Venus falling in my 8th house was like seeing the most beautiful art in the Louvre museum. There was no one else in the world that could compare to his beauty, he had cast a spell on me, tied me to his feet. I was enchanted.

His eyes were the first thing I saw, his body was beautiful, of course, but the beauty of his Bambi brown eyes was unmatched. They were so loving and kind, I felt like I could tell him all my secrets, dreams and goals. I was at home.

Venus falling in the 8th house makes the house person see everything bigger than it really is. She puts her expectation on the planet person, she thinks he is the only man on earth. It's all more viceral and fanciful. She tries to look directly at the sun and ends up with a sore eye. But she doesn't care, because she's in love with him. It's like magic, it's this crazy thing that makes you obsess over this person.

Venus-Pluto Aspects in Synastry

(In this post Venus may sometimes be referred to as she and Pluto as he, this is nothing to do with actual gender it’s simply the masculine and feminine energies that the Planets represent and constantly saying Pluto-Venus got quite redundant.)

Venus Conjunct Pluto 

The Pluto persons hidden desires and fears are awakened by the Venus person. The Pluto’s obsession for the Venus person is intense and often hidden. The Venus senses something deep and powerful lurking within the Pluto person, they are both fascinated and scared of the intensity of the Pluto. Often Venus doesn’t realize that Pluto has set his eyes on her, his desires are primal and passionate, he might watch her like he wants to tear her apart. She is light and carefree, able to chanel the energy of the Sign the conjunction is occupied by in an easy going and charming way, he wants to possess her perhaps even destroy her. A lot of the time these two don’t even come together. Pluto doesn’t want to lose his power, and power games between these two are popular, so he never makes the move. I noticed that Pluto is the one who usually has the upper hand in the relationship. If Venus is fascinated with the depth and passion of the Pluto person and makes her interest known, Pluto will often feel like he already did all that he had to do, he got her. Making the move would mean giving her the upper hand, now one might be rejected and lose the power. The relationship is often extremely passionate, the two cannot get enough of one another, they seem to always be together, obsession is very common in this configuration and Pluto is often very jealous of who Venus is giving their attentions to. Sometimes I find that Pluto can be quite mean to Venus, this is something they do to protect themselves they want to seem like Venus means nothing to them and therefore has no power to hurt them. Pluto is terrified of being hurt or rejected by the Venus person. Sex here can be healing to both parties, Pluto is a great lover that brings a lot of passion and heat into the bedroom, their touch is something Venus can become addicted to. These two love being in close proximity to one another, they seem to always be touching. Pluto loves to touch Venus and Venus melts to that touch. In general sex is quite amazing for the two of them, they are very compatible in this area and once that boundary is crossed sex becomes very important and quite constant. Sometimes Venus may sense something dark beneath the Pluto person and might just choose to stay away, they feel a destruction coming on and if they aren’t the type to like having their world shaken up then they best stay away. This relationship is very transformative, Venus shows Pluto the lighter aspects of life, and Pluto is able to bring Venus below the shallows and into the depths of love. These two tend to always remember one another, even if it was a short relationship, or maybe it never even became anything solid, these two will remember one another forty years down the line because something deep within them was transformed or brough to consciousness during the union. There is often an end to something in both peoples lives that leads to a rebirth. This might denote a secret love affair, a lot of the time other people around the couple have no idea that the two are involved romantically.
