Helpful things for your schedule/routine:
Drink plenty of water, try to get at least one bottle in a day
Brush your teeth
Brush your hair, get as many tangles out as you can
Take a shower at least every other day, and don’t be afraid to stay in there longer than usual if you need to
Hold your head high and keep walking!
Look around your room for dirty clothes, trash, dishes, etc
Keep things organized, it’s less stressful for some
If you need to cry, don’t hold it in
Write down what you need to remember
Going along with that, if you have a planner, decorate it! Use pretty colors and/or stickers, so it’s easier to look at when you need to check your schedule
Don’t wait to do something important, it’s never too early
Give yourself pep talks when you feel down
Make sure to be in bed by a certain time, depending on what you need to do the next day and when you need to do it
