I think my least favourite misconceptions of early DSMP from someone who's been here since July are
-The server was somehow peaceful before Tommy joined and "brought conflict to the server"
-Dream was nothing but a peaceful mediator trying to stop conflicts
-L'Manberg was a drug empire
-L'Manberg was always unhappy and corrupt
-Coconut2020 came out of nowhere / Fundy ran for president for no reason
-Eret's interactions w the rest of L'Manberg getting erased (still not over ppl saying Eret cant mourn c!Tommy's death bc they never cared beforehand)
-Tommy started the Disc War
-Fundy was a traitor / Fundy's literal entire arc pre New L'Manberg being overlooked
-Tommy did nothing but start conflict / started every war on the server
-Everyone always provoked Dream, he never started or escalated conflicts definitely not a good chunk of them
-Dream was Always as bad as this / all his actions in season 1 being boiled down to "I'm doing this evil thing for evil reasons"
-Tubbo was "dragged into" the disc war
-Techno was asked to join Pogtopia by Tommy/Wilbur n didnt offer to help himself
