“   𝐎𝐇   𝐈𝐓’𝐒   𝐖𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐅𝐔𝐋   !   it   feels   like   a   fresh   start.   a   new   year,   full   of   new   possibilities.   anything   can   happen.   it’s   such   a   rush   to   feel.   oh,   yes!   that   was   amazing.   i’m   so   glad   she’s   freed.   ”      reagan   could   only   imagine   how   miss   britney   felt.   she   too   had   also   experienced   freedom   herself   and   it   was   life   changing   to   say   the   least.   “she   must   be.   it’s   only   natural.”   the   princess   beamed   at   her   friend.      “   are   there   any   resolutions   you   have   for   the   new   year   ,   rora   ?   ”

         ❝  DO YOU KNOW WHAT EXACTLY  she  has  been  freed  from ?  i’m  afraid  i  haven’t  been  keeping  up  with  britney ...  but  i  certainly  should .  i  do  hope  it  wasn’t  a  curse  of  sorts .  ❞  the  thought  alone  makes  her  shiver  in  fear ,  knowing  how  much  of  a  weight  that  could  be .  curses  could  dictate  people’s  lives ;  it  certainly  dictated  a  good  part  of  aurora’s ,  &  she  wouldn’t  want  the  same  for  britney .  ❝  oh ,  of  course !  it’s  one  of  my  favorite  parts  of  the  new  year .  let’s  see ...  right ,  one  of  my  biggest  resolutions  is  to  spend  some  time  with  philip’s  brothers !  i  think  he  would  appreciate  it  if  it  did ,  and  i  have  no  siblings  of  my  own  so  i  think  it  could  be  nice .  maybe  they’ll  even  help  me  surprise  him  sometime ,  ❞  a  thought  that  brought  a  bright  smile  to  the  princesss’  lips .   ❝  i’ve  also  been  thinking  about  adopting  a  little  friend ,  maybe  a  puppy  or  a  bunny ...  what  about  you ,  reagan ?  ❞

DAPHNE ONCE HEARD SOMEONE SAY NEW YEARS EVE AND DAY somewhat felt like a liminal space, where it wasn’t exactly the last year but not quite the next, and she resonated with that. Going into her first year that wouldn’t include living in Coolsville only increased that feeling: hope but also…curious unfamiliarity. When the topic of Britney Spears was brought up, however, it brought an immediate smile to her face. “That’s certainly a high measure of excitement to meet.” Who didn’t adore the pop sensation? “But agreed. I can’t imagine how she feels having all kinds of opportunities after so long. It almost makes me want to get out and do something I once thought I wouldn’t get to, in the name of Britney.” 

          ❛  IT  IS ,  ISN’T  IT ?  i  might  be  exaggerating  a  bit ...  i  do  tend  to  get  carried  away  when  i’m  excited !  ❜  perhaps  the  princess  had  a  certain  flair  for  dramatics ,  or  maybe  she  simply  saw  no  point  in  hiding  her  feelings .  luckily ,  it  didn’t  seem  like  the  other  girl  judged  her  at  all  which  was  reassuring  to  aurora  —  the  last  thing  she  wanted  was  to  come  across  as  an  annoyance ,  a  nuisance .   ❛  it’s  a  most  wonderful  feeling ,  i  hope  she’s  able  to  share  it  with  the  people  who  love  her .  but ,  what  sort  of  thing  would  that  be ?  i  love  finding  new  things  to  do ,  especially  in  the  company  of  others !  so ,  if  you  ever  need  someone  to  tag  along ,  i  would  be  happy  to  join !  ❜
