Hi I don’t do a lot here but just tossing in my little bit of theory in case anyone sees it;;

Wasn’t the whole reason they needed to drift because they could feel what the robots felt and that’s why it was too much on one single person? That’s what I always assumed the in-canon explanation was.

Optimus Exprime, from Takara’s Transformers Go!, based on TR Sentinel Prime.
