Philzas Crows
Philza’s Crows
The flock, or “Murder” as he had lovingly named them, followed him everywhere. Creeping black feathers hidden in nearby trees as he fights or scattered across the snow biome, doing their best (or worst) to stay out of his way as he built something new.
Wherever he was, they seemed to follow. Little chirps of their crow language. They could only understand English, not speak it, so no one else understood them.
Donations are when the crows bring him something nice or shiny that they most definitely did not steal no way. Philza’s murder would never.
(“Lucky. You only got those birds.”
“How?” Philza laughed as he carefully took a diamond one “found” from its beak, whispering a thanks. A few sat on his wings, chirping for his attention. They had picked up “pog” from Phil translating techno back when they didn’t understand English, and loved the word.
“Least you can lock the doors, and they bring you shit. Be nice if they brought me stuff.” Techno huffed, then flinched when the voices got loud. “Bruhhh calm down I don’t hate you guys.”)
Tommy and Wilbur like them when they were younger. Back before the Smp Earth days. When they’d mess with their hair and play with them. After they shifted to an omen of death. And inhabited the pit that was L’manberg when the tent stopped falling.
Philza earned the name Angel of Death when the sky was painted black with crows, hoping to feast on the carnage their Angel leaves behind. The murder was a fitting name.
They also seemed to like Ranboo, even thought he boy never understood him. They’d sit on his roof like black snow when Philza closed his windows and blinds for a bit of rest. They liked the tall child, and squawked in disapproval whenever something bad happens, or follow him as a cloud of feathers when he starts enderwalking.
If Philza or Techno couldn’t find him, you just have to look to the sky. And there were al least twenty birds overhead. You know, in case he trips (or someone needs to be Prometheus-ed)

He wonders if Wilbur’s carried it around too—knowing they should’ve died there, that now something is wrong with them both because they didn’t. That they’re two corpses walking and it’s a matter of time before it catches up, not a matter of if it ever will. He wonders if Wilbur knows that in the end, it will drag them back in, and they’ll never, ever be free.

YES
I am a firm believer in the idea that if a movie or hell even art in general is made out of a love for the art that is being created, it is good.
No matter the supposed “quality” of the project or what if it is made out of true passion and love it is always good 100 percent of the time.

cBeeduo and Parenting, an analysis
Question:
Do you think being parents is a good fit to their character?
YES ABSOLUTELY YES! there's so many reasons why them forming a family makes so much sense, but the most obvious ones is that for the first time in what we see, they are able to realize and see everything that made them who they are and what they want the future to be. They both know how fucked up and how messed up the world was for them, and with Michael we see how that is finally hitting them. And because of that, they will do anything to keep him safe, but also let him learn about life on his own. I say this last part cuz it was confirm canon that both beeduo spend time with him and go on walks and are actually very lovable parents.
When it comes to parenting I do think its super interesting to think about how they are as characters. I think Tubbo is more of a "respect the rules" parent and Ranboo is more a permissive parent. However they are both good in their own way.
When I say Tubbo is more of a "respect the rules", I mean it in the most positive and healthy way. He was raised like that and he is a person that follows rules constantly. However, he would never let Michael feel like he is not being heard, like he often felt like. So I imagine Tubbo is more of a parent who listens to his kid so that way, the kid knows their opinion matters and they end up respecting the adult as well in the process. Mutual respect.
For example, if it's bath time and Michael is doing his own stuff, he would let Michael know its bath time but not force him to go, rather, he will phrase it in the sense that it's still something Michael needs to do, but he still has a say in the matter. If Michael is busy playing or reading, Tubbo would say "after you finish what you're doing, it's bath time" and then ask him "do you want me to take some of your toys so you can play there". Bath time is still an obligation, but Michael has still some control on the situation to make it more enjoyable for himself.
When I say Ranboo is more of a permissive parent, I do say he is more of the one that spoils Michael the most, cuz that's how he shows affection and that he cares for people. If Michael wants a cookie, he gives it to him. I would say Ranboo is "the poster dad", nothing bad, a lot of kids like him... because he is more permissive and lets them do what they want. Ranboo doesn't have a spine with adults, do you think he will have one with kids /lh.
He is also the one that when a kid makes a mess or gets overwhelmed, instead of walking them through and let them do it, he walks them through but does it himself. Let's put as an example, Michael makes a mess and spills his cocoa milk everywhere, what Ranboo does it's, first, comfort Michael and tell him everything is okay, that he isn't in trouble. Then what he does is that he makes Michael stay there and explain what to do after something like that happens, but instead of letting Michael do it, he does it himself and lets Michael watch while he learns.
Both of them have different ways of parenting, and they are both good. I think having a parenting arc was golden for them and makes me so happy /srs
