The Thing Is... Israel Admitted To This From The Very Beginning.

Israel literally tortured United Nations staff to get them to make false statements against UNRWA.

They. Tortured. UN. Staff.

If we had anything remotely like objective news reporting in the western press, this would be the top story everywhere for days.

UNRWA says that Israel tortured some of its employees "to make false statements against the Agency, including that the Agency has affiliations with Hamas and that UNRWA staff members took part in the 7 October 2023 atrocities.” https://t.co/cgqDr9wZOt

The thing is... Israel admitted to this from the very beginning.

They said the confessions were obtained through 'interrogation' in the Shin Bet aka torture (Shin Bet is where they like to torture Palestinian prisoners for intel) so every country that cut funding to the UNRWA knew from the beginning that Israel was using false forced statements.

The famine in Gaza is partly due to this. Never forget that.

This is cultural genocide. The Canadian government has removed being born in the state of Palestine as an option on passport renewal process - and people are expected to accept being born stateless moving forward. This is anti-Palestinian racism. https://t.co/H4bAHO4Z5H

Where do I even begin? I'm appalled. The Canadian government living up to its roots in colonial-settler violence... this is beyond criminal. Contact your MP's. This erasure and anti-Palestinian racism is unacceptable.

For anyone reading this on or after February 26th, 2024 -here is more information/updates:

“Why don’t the Sudanese people document their genocide?”

I saw this question hundreds of times and I also addressed it before but I’ll address it in more depth on this thread 🧵 #KeepEyesOnSudan

— Ze || Keep Eyes On Sudan 🇸🇩 (@KushiteDictator) March 3, 2024

1- telecom blackouts in conflict zones. As if this moment most conflict zones if not all are under a telecom blackout for more than 25 days.

2- heavy censorship (THEYLL literally shoot you if you raise a phone to film anything). Sometimes at check points they search your phone--and if they find you posting/engaging with any content that’s anti RSF you might literally get killed/detained.

3- targeting activists/journalists (many were killed)

4-looting (phones/cameras etc) you’ll literally get looted at any RSF checkpoint so good-

5- if connection were to be found it’s very very very weak. #KeepEyeOnSudan

6- esims don’t work in Sudan!
