My favourite thing about vampire lore is the drama surrounding inviting a vampire into your home and other spaces as if that's the end of the world. If vampires do, in fact, need to be invited into a space, they aren't going to do anything to displease the host. You know why? Because invitations to be in spaces are easily rescinded, meaning that they have to leave that space. Being invited into a space is not a free for all to do whatever they please and kill people. you could invite them in and say "make yourself at home" and they would still need your invitation to actively be in that space. You rescind that invitation and the vampire would be forced out of the space and barred from re-entry.

Furthermore, chances are that vampires need to kill people or persuade and charm them into consenting to be bitten and drank from because if someone says that the vampire is not allowed in your personal space, they'd probably have to listen due to them needing an invitation to be in spaces that do not belong to them.

In a fun twist of events, this also means that you can trap a vampire into conditional invitations of entry, like producing a satisfactory offering to the host's specifications, or completing a task/quest. If a vampire wants entry bad enough, you could demand that they must make a million dollars and put said money into a savings account for you as payment of entry, and they must start anew (disregarding money they currently have) and complete this task in a set time limit or they will not be granted entry. Even then, invitations can still be rescinded; just because someone brought the most expensive gift on the wedding registry as you requested doesn't mean you can't still throw them out of the wedding at any time.

Loopholes, folks, the Fair Folk love them for a reason. If vampires actually need invitation to occupy space that belongs to someone, you can guarantee fae have used that to their utmost advantage.
