I think we don't give enough credit to Sun. Like most people see him as stupid, weak, defenseless, etc., but when he is focused and determined to do something, he will do it, remember when Sun went to the Ruin dimension and he found some killer robots?? The guy not only pretended he was one of them but tricked Ruin Monty by pretending he was Ruin even though it was risky. Sun is a great actor and now I understand why Eclipse and Ruin are such good liars/actors.

Not only that, remember the episode where Banban appears and Moon was ready to strangle him to send him back to his dimension, Sun calmed Moon and analyzed Banban's intelligence and lied saying that he had a pancreas in the ball pit and Moon acted along when Banban doubted Moon, and they managed to successfully send him back to his dimension.

In short, Sun may not have the level of intelligence like Monty or Moon, but he is a good actor and has emotional intelligence, if he really turned out to be a villain, no one would suspect the sweet and stupid Sun until it was too late... :)
