Tbh the latter option isn't that bad, but at the same time it doesn't really make sense to me + it does make more sense for Arlecchino to be 10th + WHO THE HELL IS THE 10TH NOW???? ARE WE GONNA GET A NEW HARBINGER OR IS THE SPOT JUST VAGENT??

Is it not a literal plot hole? Because idk if you remember, but revealing all the Harbingers was kind of a big f*cking deal. Everyone was there except for Signora (dead) and Scaramouche (mentioned)
And now apparently the 10th wasn't there either? why?!?
I see a few possibilities.
They're alive, just unmentioned (Unlikely. You don't use a 12th person reveal on a measly rank 10. Especially not without foreshadowing)
They're dead. (Possible, but you'd think they'd have mentioned it by now.)
Childe was ranked 11th just because? (Perhaps because he's that much younger and newer than everyone else) (Possible, but I don't know about this one)
That seats going to get filled over the course of the game, possibly by the Traveler. (Maybe. Probably the route they're going to go, if I had to guess.)
(And no, I do not subscribe to the theory that Crepus was a Harbinger. Owning a delusion is not as much of a smoking gun as people seem to think)
