This Was So Adorable!!! I Love The Dynamics Between The Big 4 And Reader, And I Love How They Are Just

This was so adorable!!! I love the dynamics between the big 4 and reader, and I love how they are just as protective of her as she is of them!!! Thank you so much for such an amazing story!!!

Hi, very glad to have you back! I swear, it's so sad without you on tumblr, I've loved every bit of your writing and I was really really afraid you weren't coming back. I'm not sure if you write this, but so, can I request a platonic headcanon for the main four(or just the gon and killua) where the reader is a big sister figure/mother figure to them, and during one of the arcs she goes under attack to protect the boys and is really badly hurt? sorry if this request makes you uncomfortable!

Main Four’s Big Sister Figure ends up gets extremely injured

Hi, Very Glad To Have You Back! I Swear, It's So Sad Without You On Tumblr, I've Loved Every Bit Of Your

A/N: ooo this is creative! I decided to split it into pairs for this ask.

—Kurapika & Leorio—

As a big sister figure to Kurapika & Leorio, your injury likely happened during the York New Arc. God damn it Kurapika

Kurapika, being the crazed spider murdering maniac he is, wasn’t thinking when he spotted Feitan “Alone” and thought it would be good to atttack him.

Emphasis on “ALONE”

Feitan wasn’t alone. Phinks and Shalnark were literally a couple feet away. You need to get your eyes checked Kurapika.

So, you got your ass thoroughly beaten saving Kurapika. You gave him quite the earful about it later when he was bandaging you up.

At first your injuries weren’t that bad, sure you got burned, bruised and cut up, but you were still okay. It wasn’t actually until a day later, when Kurapika found you passed out on the floor and running a fever, did it get scary.

Leorio came running over to the hotel so fast once Kurapika told him what was going on.

Leorio & Kurapika never left your bedside during your whole week of recovery. Getting you soup, changing your bandages and, in general, keeping you company.

You got so bad at one point during the week that Kurapika was debating on kidnapping the pink haired phantom troupe member to help stitch up your injuries.

Kurapika no. 🔴👄🔴

Eventually, when you did recover, Leorio literally balled his eyes out. He was so grateful that you were okay and before he had to leave to go back to college, he made sure to scold Kurapika really hard about getting into trouble like that.

—Gon & Killua—

To Gon, you are going to be a big sister figure to him since he has that firm belief that Aunt Mito is his mom. Such a cutie 🥺.

But, to Killua, you are going to be a mother figure to him. Especially since his real mother has never acted like one. He even calls you “Ma”!

Honestly, with what these two get up to, you have likely been injured a bunch of times.

From Heavens Arena, The Phantom Troupe, Chimera Ants and The Zoldyck Family, it’s actually a wonder that you are even still alive at this point.

I think the most injured you have ever gotten so far is either by the Phantom Troupe or Chimera Ants. I’m not going to explain your injury in the Chimera Ant arc because I don’t want to spoil anything.

Your injury occurred when you, Gon and Killua were kidnapped by the troupe (the 1st time). Gon and Killua had thought that after Nobunaga made they stay, that the troupe had let you go.

In actuality, You were placed in a truck of a car and dragged to the auction with them. How nice...

So after Gon and Killua escaped, you ended up being stucked with the troupe for two more days and, due to the horrible condition of the hide out they were in, some injuries of yours got infected.

Gon and Killua were so scared and worried when they got kidnapped a second time and saw how sick you had gotten.

Killua wanted to cradle your body in his arms to make sure you were okay but the other members wouldn’t let him. They knew that even if the boys ended up escaping, you were too weak to do so and could still be a hostage.

Gon, on the other hand, was trying to start a fight with all of them.

——————

“Let us get near her!”

“Kid calm down. She’s not—“

“Shut up!”

——————

Honestly, it was a sticky situation for the troupe and they had to resort to Shalnark holding you in his lap while the boys sat near him . Poor Shal, he just wanted his boss back

OMG! This is one of the best fanfictions that I have ever read!!! I absolutely love how you write Tamaki and Mirio! My favorite part had to be that Tamaki gave the reader his jacket on multiple occasions in the library. I can't wait to see what you write next for them!

ABO (A) Togata Mirio & (A) Amajiki Tamaki x (O) Reader Hot Chocolate Kisses (College AU)

Word count: 3138

Warning: None.

Title: ABO (A) Togata Mirio & (A) Amajiki Tamaki x (O) Reader Hot Chocolate Kisses (College AU)

Summary: Your first year at UA University and you already fall for two kind-hearted Alphas.

(Gif not mine)

image

🌻🐙-It was your first year at AU university. You were very excited to start this new chapter in your life. The thought of living on your own made excited shivers run down your back.

🌻🐙-You had attended your first few classes and they had assigned you quiet a bit of vocabulary. You thought studying at the library rather than in your room would be more productive so you packed up your laptop and notebooks and set off.

🌻🐙-It was fairly crowded but you were able to find an empty table.

🌻🐙-You had just finished your first round of words when a chair was pulled out beside you. You looked up and spotted a Beta sliding into the chair next to you. There were plenty of chairs in front of you so why did he sit in this one?

🌻🐙-You ignored him for the most part and went back to work. You noticed slowly but steadily he was moving his chair closer to you. He didn’t even try to hide the fact that he wasn’t studying and just played around with a pen.

🌻🐙-You got a bad vibe from him. Betas had been known to pursue Omegas in an attempt to boost their egos since they didn’t present as an Alpha. They took pride in snatching up an Omega before an Alpha could.

🌻🐙-It was sick and you would have no part in it. You were more than a toy that someone wanted just to make themselves feel better. You slammed your laptop shut and packed up your stuff.

🌻🐙-The Beta jumped at your sudden movement.

🌻🐙-You didn’t spare him a glance before walking off to find another table. You spotted one in the corner of the room. A bookshelf hid the Alpha already studying at the table from view until you turned the corner.

🌻🐙-This was good. No one would try anything on you if an Alpha was nearby. Betas might act like big shots when no one was around but as soon as an Alpha showed up they were as quiet as a mouse.

🌻🐙-Alphas didn’t take likely to people harassing Omegas. No one wanted to be on the angry side of an Alpha.

🌻🐙-You walked up to the table clutching your laptop and notebooks to your chest. His aura seemed calmer and less intimidating than other Alphas you had run into.

🌻🐙-“Can I sit with you?” You softly asked, hoping not to startle him.

🌻🐙-He looked up from his textbook looking up at the sweet voice addressing him. He knew you were a freshman by the way you were dressed. You had on a pair of bleached jeans and sported an AU university hoodie.

🌻🐙-He pulled his gaze away from your sweet figure and went back to reading his science textbook.

🌻🐙-“Sure. I don’t mind.” He gently replied, trying not to give away his shaking fingers clutching the textbook.

🌻🐙-Most Omegas stayed away from him. They saw his soft aura and smaller stature as unappealing. So the fact that you approached him made him both excited and uncomfortable. He didn’t know how to act around Omegas.

🌻🐙-You smiled at him while you sat down and got your things back in order. You were glad you saved your work before you shut your laptop or you would have had to retype your vocabulary again.

🌻🐙-You had walked into the library when the sun was still high in the sky. You looked up from your laptop and noticed the sun was going down. You had been there a while, your stomach told you it was time to eat something.

🌻🐙-You reached into your backpack and pulled out a granola bar.

🌻🐙-Your study partner had gotten up to get a green tea from the vending machine but he hadn’t gotten anything else. You reached into your bag and pulled out another granola bar.

🌻🐙-Your Omega was always happy to feed others.

🌻🐙-“Would you like one?” You reached your arm out to pass it to him.

🌻🐙-He looked up and spotted the green package in your delicate hand. This was the first time an Omega ever offered him something. He had known Omegas nurtured those around them but one hadn’t taken that role with him before.

🌻🐙-He didn’t hesitate to grab the bar from your outstretched hand. He made sure not to touch your skin in case that made you uncomfortable.

🌻🐙-“Thank you.” He gave you a soft smile.

🌻🐙-“No problem.” You grinned back, munching on your own bar.

🌻🐙-From then on every time you went to the library you sat with him at his table. You shared a comforting silence with him during those hours. Sometimes when you go frustrated with a question he would offer his help and soft-spoken words of advice.

🌻🐙-You would bring two thermoses full of green tea and honey. You would pair it with cookies or muffins.  Omegas loved their sweets. Tamaki seemed to enjoy them as well. He was never shy about taking a big bite out of any muffin you gave him.

🌻🐙-When it got too cold in the library and you forgot your jacket he was always more than happy to lend you his hoodie. You didn’t like to admit it but you might have forgotten on purpose a few times.

🌻🐙-You had slowly begun to grow feeling for the gentle and soft-spoken Alpha. If only you didn’t feel the same for another Alpha as well.

***

🌻🐙-You had taken to going to the gym every morning to make sure you worked off some stress and got your heart pumping. You read some where that it would help improve your grades too so that was a plus.

🌻🐙-You didn’t like showing too much skin so you wore basketball shorts instead of biker shorts and a baggy shirt to work out in. Even though your outfit was a bit conservative than most you still attracted unwanted attention.

🌻🐙-An Omega in a gym crawling with Alphas was bound to gain you a few unwanted stares.

🌻🐙-You ignored their stares while you stretched out before you got on the treadmill. You didn’t know that they would get worse once you started running. It seemed all eyes were on your butt.

🌻🐙-Before you made up your mind to work out in your dorm a blond Alpha started doing jumping jacks right at the end of your treadmill. It was comical the way all the Alphas in the room groaned at the muscular Alpha and then went back to their own workouts.

🌻🐙-The blond Alpha shot you a wink before going back to working out behind you.

🌻🐙-Once you had finished on the treadmill you went over to the vending machine and bought two drinks, one for him and one for you. You went up and offered it to the sweaty male.

🌻🐙-His shining smile made your Omega purr. He thanked you for the cold drink before snapping it open and taking large gulps.

🌻🐙-“Thank you for what you did.” You said, taking sips of your own drink.

🌻🐙-“It was no problem. I am sure they loved my lovely body much better than yours.” He joked.

🌻🐙-“I can be your gym partner if you plan to come here often. That way they will be more focused on my awesome muscles instead of anything else.” He brightly offered, wiping sweat off his forehead before playfully flexing.

🌻🐙-You giggled before agreeing to his offer. You felt safe in his presence just like you felt safe in a certain pointy-eared Alpha. You Omega was quite taken with both of them.

🌻🐙-You tried to tell yourself it was a schoolgirl crush but sooner or later you knew your true feeling would overwhelm you. For now you were content on enjoying every sweet interaction with them.

🌻🐙-When you would push yourself too hard at the gym Mirio was quick to warn you and help ice down sore muscle you had. When you would overwork yourself studying Tamaki would gently tell you to rest your eyes for a bit to refresh yourself.

🌻🐙-Each gentle moment like these made your affection for them bloom. You didn’t know it was all gonna come crashing down on you soon.

***

🌻🐙-You were just taking a walk around the campus of a cold winter day. You had bundled up in a thick scarf and jacket. You had just picked up a freshly baked muffin from a bakery not too far from the campus.

🌻🐙-You were walking back from the bakery when you spotted them.

🌻🐙-Mirio was dressed in a yellow knitted sweater that fit his upper body well. He paired it with black jeans and black boots. Tamaki was in a purple trench coat also wearing black jeans but had on red high top Vans.

🌻🐙-They were huddled together sipping what you assumed to be hot chocolate with whipped cream. You didn’t know they knew each other so you were excited to say hi to both of them.

🌻🐙-Before you had the chance to call out to them and gain their attention, Tamaki had taken a sip of his hot chocolate and got a little whipped cream on his nose. Mirio was quick to kiss the white dollop and then peck Tamaki’s lips.

🌻🐙-Your Omega whimpered at the sight. Your heart slowly crumbling in your chest. You knew having feelings for more than one person was gonna bring you heartbreak but you didn’t know it was gonna hurt this bad.

🌻🐙-You were truly happy for them. They made a cute couple and if you didn’t hold affection for both of them you would have enjoyed watching every cute little display of affection they had to offer, but right now it was like an ice pick in your chest.

🌻🐙-You threw your barley bitten muffin in the trash before speed walking to your dorm room. Your Omega wasn’t in the mood for sweets anymore.

***

🌻🐙-From that moment on your distanced yourself from both of them. You wouldn’t let your silly crush interfere with their relationship.

🌻🐙-You still sat with Tamaki but whenever he would offer his jacket to you you would refuse and say the long sleeve shirt you had on was enough to keep you warm.

🌻🐙-Tamaki felt his heart hurt at the small rejection but he shoved it aside. His Alpha wanted nothing more than to provide for you and keep you warm. Your rejection made him whine in worry.

🌻🐙-You were still going to the gym but now you took classes instead of working out in the general area. When you would see Mirio you would shoot him a small wave and smile before walking away.

🌻🐙-He missed the playful banter you would give him after every workout. His Alpha loved watching the way you laughed at a stupid joke he said. His Alpha didn’t like that he was missing your sweet laughter in his ears.

🌻🐙-Both Alpha’s moods visibly dampened.

***

🌻🐙-Tamaki and Mirio laid on the bed together. They were cuddling against one another soaking in each other’s warmth. Tamaki had his head buried in his Alphas strong chest.

🌻🐙-“Are you gonna tell me what has you down?” He quietly asked, kissing his shy mates forehead.

🌻🐙-“What about you? Are you gonna tell me why you have been giving me fake smiles?” Tamaki lifted his head to peer into his mate’s blue eyes.

🌻🐙-“How about we tell each other what’s wrong at the same time?” He offered, pulling his mate closer.

🌻🐙-“Okay.” Tamaki nodded.

“🌻🐙-My Alpha grew attached to an Omega and now she is ignoring us.”

🌻🐙-“An Omega caught my Alphas attention but now she isn’t talking to us anymore.”

🌻🐙-They both paused and looked at each other surprised that they had such similar situations. Both slightly a little jealous at the thought of an Omega sliding in on their relationship.

🌻🐙-An Alpha pair didn’t like to be interfered with.

🌻🐙-“What’s this Omegas name?” Mirio rumbled, pulling his mate tighter against him, his eyes darkening a bit.

🌻🐙-“Y/N.” Tamaki stuttered, flushing under his Alphas heated gaze. He knew this was bound to bring out his protective instincts.

🌻🐙-“Y/N?” Blue eyes widened.

🌻🐙-“Do you know them?” Tama asked, resting his chin on his Alphas chest.

🌻🐙-“That’s the Omega I was talking about too.” Mirio breathed, scratching his head, not believing they were falling for the same Omega.

🌻🐙-“What?” Tama yelped, lifting his head.

🌻🐙-“I know. It looks like we might have a third person cuddling with us.” Mirio genuinely smiled for the first time this week.

🌻🐙-Tamaki flushed at the thought of your soft frame cuddled up with them. He didn’t have time to quietly freak out before his Alpha leaned down and captured him in a kiss.

🌻🐙-He silently hopped your soft pair would join theirs sometime soon.

***

🌻🐙-It took them a few days but they had completed a courting gift for you. They didn’t think the gym or the library would be a good place to give it to you so they waited until you walked out of class.

🌻🐙-Both boys were standing outside the building when your shivering frame exited the double doors.

🌻🐙-When you went in for the lecture it was still morning so it was warmer but now that it was the afternoon you noticed how much the temperature had dropped. You regretted not bringing a jacket with you.

🌻🐙-Your Omega quietly longed for a certain Alphas jacket.

🌻🐙-You were so focused on putting away your papers into your backpack that you didn’t even notice the two Alphas approach. Your eyes caught red vans and black winter boots.

🌻🐙-Your heart jumped in your chest. You slowly lifted your eyes to meet theirs.

🌻🐙-“Hi.” You breathed, your heart pounding in your ears.

🌻🐙-“Hey.” Mirio beamed, holding Tamaki’s gloved hand.

🌻🐙-“Hi.” Tamaki greeted, squeezing his Alphas hand for support.

🌻🐙-“Taking a stroll?” You asked, clutching your backpack tighter.

🌻🐙-“We were just looking for you actually.” Tamaki stuttered, huddling closer into Mirio’s side for comfort. He was scared of how this was gonna go. His Alpha was already pacing around.

🌻🐙-“Oh?” You tilted your head, confused about why they would be looking for you.

🌻🐙-“Yeah. We were wondering if you wanted to grab some hot chocolate, to warm up and talk.” Mirio offered, noticing your small shivers.

🌻🐙-“I don’t know. My professor gave me a lot of work to do.” You mumbled, scared at the idea of being alone with them. What if your mask slipped and your heartbreak was revealed to them?

🌻🐙-“Just something quick. We don’t even have to sit down. We can get our drinks and walk you to your dorm if you want.” Mirio suggested, nodding his head in the direction of the coffee place.

🌻🐙-There was no way you could reject that without coming off as rude. Even though your heart was still recovering you didn’t want to hurt their feeling because of your broken heart.

🌻🐙-“Sure.” You shakily smiled, walking passed them.

🌻🐙-They fell into step beside you.

🌻🐙-“W-would you like my scarf? You seem cold?” Tamaki prodded, hoping she would accept it. He would have offered his jacket but due to your past rejection, he thought it was safer to offer his scarf instead.

🌻🐙-Plus his Alpha would roll over and die at another rejection.

🌻🐙-“Yes, thank you, Tamaki.” You wrapped his scented scarf around your cold neck. You tried not to make it obvious that you inhale way more than you needed to. His scent was too addicting. You really missed wearing his hoodie.

🌻🐙-The walk to the coffee shop was quick and quiet for the most part. You noticed Mirio and Tamaki shooting each other looks but didn’t think much of it. Soon you were walking back to your door with a steaming cup of hot chocolate warming up your frozen hands.

🌻🐙-Before you knew it you were walking up to your building.

🌻🐙-Both boys started to panic. They still hadn’t brought courting you. The courting gift in Mirio’s pocket got heavier with each step closer to your building.

🌻🐙-“So this is me.” You turned to them, trying not to ogle their handsome faces.

🌻🐙-You reached up to unravel the scarf from your neck when suddenly Tamaki stepped forward.

🌻🐙-“Y-y/N we were wondering if..” He couldn’t finish his sentence, his eyes were darting away, avoiding your soft eyes.

🌻🐙-“We were wondering if you would be interested in courting us.” Mirio hesitated, losing some of his usual confidence.

🌻🐙-“Huh? Like all three of us?” You asked, your heart speeding up at the thought.

🌻🐙-“Yes! We even made you a courting gift. We made it together. Show her Mirio.” Tamaki finally found his voice, he nudged his Alpha to pull out the courting gift.

🌻🐙-Tamaki didn’t want to hold on to it in case he freaked out and got stuck panicking in a corner. Mirio put his hand into his coat pocket and pulled out a threaded bracelet.

🌻🐙-It was yellow and purple with a pale wooden bead to clasp it together. Your Omega instantly wanted it on her wrist. You couldn’t stop the loud purr that shot from your chest.

🌻🐙-Both Alphas instantly slumped at the heavenly sound. They wanted to respond with their own purrs but they were still stressed over your lack of an answer. Tamaki hugged Mirio’s arms to his chest waiting desperately for your words.

🌻🐙-You saw the love and desperation they had on their faces. They truly cared about you and wanted you to be theirs. You wanted to be theirs too. So you took the bracelet from Mirio’s shaky hand and slipped it on your wrist.

🌻🐙-“I would love to.” You chirped, eager to begin a relationship with them.

🌻🐙-Both Alphas finally let out their ecstatic purrs before enveloping you in a tight hug. Once they had you in their arms they knew they didn’t want to let you go.

Bonus:

🌻🐙-A week later all three of you were walking back from the bakery with muffins and hot chocolate in your hands. Mirio got a little over-enthusiastic drinking the sweet beverage and had gotten whipped cream on his nose.

🌻🐙-You giggled at his surprised face.

🌻🐙-“Slow down, Alpha. You are gonna burn your tongue.” You teased, you grabbed his shirt and made him lean down to your level.

🌻🐙-He was quick to comply not fully sure what you wanted. You pecked his nose getting off any whipped cream before kissing him on his lips. He downright melted on the spot.

🌻🐙-His Alpha was purring in bliss.

🌻🐙-Tamaki, who was watching the display, quickly took a bite of his muffin, making sure to leave crumbs on his mouth.

This pair is too much! I love them! Tell me what you think of them in this college AU! 💛💜 Who else wants that courting bracelet?

Please reblog, each reblog really motivates me to write for you guys. Don’t forget to leave a note too!

Dear MC,

I still have your coffee mug in my kitchen. you can’t come to my kitchen anymore. Every morning when when I reach for my own mug it reminds me of how it got the chip on its side. you can’t use your own mug any more. We had been dancing in the living room in our fluffy socks. you can’t wear your fluffy socks anymore. I was so caught up in your eyes that I didn’t notice when I slid into the coffee table and knocked it over. you can’t look at me anymore. The chip has been there since that day. you can’t be here anymore.

I don’t know why I still have it. I’ve packed all of your other stuff. I’ve given your mother yours old Polaroid photos and your brother has your shirts. They told me to keep more. They told me to keep the ring you had in the bottom drawer of your dresser. I can’t. I can’t because it kills me. Just this one mug tears me apart. What am I supposed to do with favorite book series that you used to read to me with our bedroom window open? How am I supposed to keep your favorite blanket without remembering how you held me? How can I smell your shampoo without falling to the bathroom floor? So I gave it all away. So I don’t rip myself apart in your memory. But I keep your mug because it never left your side except in the end. I keep hoping that you’ll remember that its here and you’ll comeback for it. For me.

Love,

Lucifer

Oh. My. God. This is one of the most amazing Obey Me stories that I have ever read!!! It includes ALL of the brothers, they all get to kiss her, and they are just so adorable yet still in character for them!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Kissing Booth

The school festival is meant to be fun. It gives the students a chance to set up booths, and raise money for a good cause–like classroom funds, or charity donations.

Mammon, however, sets a booth up to make money for himself. A kissing booth, to be specific. He assumes that every demon within a two mile radius will be lined up, ready to empty their wallets in order to get a kiss from The Great Mammon, but…that’s not what happens.

No, half way through the festival, less than a dozen people have paid Mammon for a kiss. A few other demons had stopped, asking what the money would be put towards, and when he had answered “my wallet” they’d promptly walked away.

Honestly, what a fool.

Unfortunately, Bean still loves him, despite his idiotic ideas.

Sighing, she places a $5 in front of the demon–catching his attention. He lifts his head from where it’d been buried in his arms–dejected at his lack of customers–and his blue eyes light up when he sees Bean standing there.

When he notes the bill placed on the table, a brilliant smile tugs at his lips.

“See! I knew ya couldn’t resist kissing The Great Mammon!”

His comment has Bean rolling her eyes, and she reaches forward to snatch her money back. The movement flusters Mammon, who quickly jumps to his feet.

“H-Hey, wait!” he slaps his hand down on top of hers, cheeks heating up sheepishly as he looks at her. “C’mon, don’t be like that…”

She smiles a little, breathing a laugh.

“Take your kiss then, before I seriously consider getting a refund.”

“I’m pretty sure you’re the one that’s supposed’ta be kissing me,” he retorts. A pouty look appears on his face, and Bean is tempted to sigh. However, rather than continue to drag this on, she leans in and presses her lips to his. Solid, soft contact.

After a few seconds, she moves to pull back, but Mammon quickly reaches out and grabs her–one hand curling around her waist, while the other finds the back of her head. She makes a quiet sound of surprise as he tugs her into another kiss–and then another, and another after that.

He only stops when someone nearby whistles, making him aware of the intimacy of his current actions.

When he pulls back, Bean’s face has turned a pleasant shade of pink. Satisfaction beats steadily in his chest.

“I’d say that’s another $15 dollars right there. It’s actually probably more like $50, but I’ll give ya a discount since I’m a nice guy like that.”

He grins cheekily, laughing when Bean reaches out and punches him in the arm.

“You can’t extort customers for money by deciding to kiss them more than what they paid for!”

“Fine, fine~,” he relinquishes, grumbling. “I suppose I’ll give ya the extra kisses for free since it’s obvious ya like me.”

“Wow, how kind of you,” she responds, rolling her eyes a little, but she can’t help the smile that tugs at her lips.

“Oh, and speaking of kisses–”

Bean blinks as Mammon grabs her by her shoulders, directing her around the side of the table.

“–I need ya to work the booth for a few minutes for me. I gotta go do somethin’ real quick.”

This was so amazing!! Man... I'm trying to type through teary eyes, but this was one of the best 'Izuku Jumped' fanfics I have ever read!! You are so talented and this was absolutely spectacularly written. It was so devastating, but I love how you wrote Bakugou and Kirishima. Thank you for writing this masterpiece!

Take it to the Grave

***This is something I wrote ages ago, but only recently published. It was my first MHA fic, and hopefully, they'll be more to come! Thanks for the support! -B ***

You can find this fic on AO3 HERE

Summary: After moving into dorms, Aizawa catches Bakugou and Kirishima trying to leave the dormitories without permission. After explaining that they needed to visit someone, Aizawa decided to escort his students.

He wasn't expecting to be brought to a graveyard.

CW: Depictions of grief, references to suicide, Dead Izuku Midoriya

It was the second day of class 1-A’s new life in the dorms, and so far things were running smoothly.

Too smoothly, if you were to ask Aizawa. He had been teaching this class for over half a year now and he knew better than to get his hopes up.

He was proven right as his number one problem child, Bakugou Katsuki, marched past him towards the exit with his best friend, Kirishima, happily following behind him.

Aizawa sighed heavily, grieving his peaceful afternoon, as he approached the two. “Stop,” he demanded. The two stiffened in place. “Where do you think you’re going?”

Bakugou, as per usual, sneered at him and crossed his arms, revealing the large green bag that he was carrying. It had dirt stains coating the bottom and was worn with use. “None of your business.”

Kirishima chuckled and lopped an arm over his friend’s shoulders as he smiled at their teacher. “Hey there Mr. Aizawa! We didn’t see ya there.” Bakugou rolled his eyes and slapped Kirishima’s arm off of him.

Aizawa raised an eyebrow. “I don’t remember you two getting permission to leave the dorms.” Internally, Aizawa thought that even if they had asked, it probably wouldn’t have been granted. It had only been two weeks since Bakugou had been rescued from the League of Villains and Aizawa definitely did not want him out of his supervision yet.

Bakugou tensed as a small glimmer of panic flickered in his crimson eyes. The boy quickly covered the emotion with a sneer. “I highly doubt you’re going to give me permission to leave every day. So, what’re you going to do to try and stop me?”

Aizawa was shocked to see him take up a defensive stance, as though he was ready to physically fight him on the matter.

Kirishima’s eyes widened and he quickly threw himself between the two of them. He chuckled awkwardly. “Sorry about that, teach. It’s just really important to Bakubro that he gets to visit Midoribro! He never misses a visit!”

“Oi! Shut up, Shitty Hair!”

Aizawa watched curiously as his students bickered. Bakugou was a very passionate student. He got fired up very easily, but Aizawa had never seen his student look so desperate.

The teacher sighed once more. “Alright,” the two students froze. “I’ll take you to see this ‘Midoribro’, and depending on how today’s visit goes, I’ll evaluate how frequently they can happen.”

Kirishima smiled brightly, while Bakugou stared at him with suspicious eyes. After a minute of his student’s harsh judgement, Bakugou tsked and continued walking towards the exit. “Whatever. The nerd would want to meet you anyway.”

Aizawa raised an eyebrow at the statement but said nothing as he led the way to his car.

You can imagine Aizawa’s shock when Bakugou’s directions to his “friend’s” house brought them to a graveyard.

Without saying a word, Bakugou got out of the car and headed in. Aizawa glanced over at Kirishima, who gave him a small smile as he followed after him. Swallowing down the dread building in his gut, Aizawa walked behind them.

The trio walked peacefully through the graveyard for several minutes until suddenly Bakugou stopped in place and let out a loud growl. “Oh, those stupid mother fuckers,” he cursed before rushing towards a gravestone.

Aizawa’s eyes widened at the sight of it. The top right corner had been broken off and the remains of torn-up flowers lay scattered on the ground. Most obvious was the ugly red spray paint that covered the entire front of the stone and read “DEKU”.

Aizawa felt his stomach clench.

Bakugou, despite his cursing, didn’t seem surprised. He merely continued to swear like a sailor under his breath as he kneeled down in front of the grave and set down his green bag. He pulled out a scrub brush and a spray bottle and got to work, as though it was a routine for him.

“Just you wait, Izuku,” Aizawa heard him mutter. “Once I’m a pro, you won’t have to worry about those shitty extras. I’ll buy you one of those big, prissy ass statues and have bodyguards watch it day and night. Nobody will ever touch you again.”

Aizawa stood silently, unsure of how to wrap his head around the situation at hand. Kirishima merely looked on at the familiar scene solemnly. “If you think this is bad, it’s nothing compared to the first time he visited after his rescue,” Aizawa blinked down at his student. “While Bakugou was gone, those bastards broke Midoribro’s grave,” he gestured to the damage on the corner. “It was covered in so many slurs that you could barely make out the stone. The thing that got to Bakubro the most though was the All Might plushy they had ripped up.”

“I can hear you Shitty Hair,” Bakugou snapped, but not with nearly as much aggression as he usually would. The blond huffed as he finished wiping off the spray paint. He took a moment to bow with his hands folded in prayer position before sitting back up. “It wasn’t just any fucking doll. It was ‘Zuku’s favourite. Our moms both got us matching ones at the mall when we were three or something,” Bakugou’s hands tightened around the tools he was holding as he clenched his jaw. “I thought he had gotten rid of it. He should’ve. I only found out he kept it when I was helping Auntie Inko go through the nerd’s shit.”

With the spray paint gone, Aizawa was finally able to properly read the stone’s engraving.

Midoriya Izuku

2xxx-2xxx

A hero in our hearts

His breath caught in his throat as he did the math. Fourteen. The kid was fourteen when he died. He would’ve been the same age as his class.

Bakugou silently gathered the pieces of the shredded flowers and placed them into the bag. He then went on to replace it with a fresh bouquet of purple hyacinths and set it down before placing a small dish with incense beside it. He carefully lit the sticks before turning to Kirishima. “You’re up.”

Kirishima smiled brightly, kneeled down beside Bakugou, and bowed with his palms pressed together before pulling out a wrapped lunch box from the bag. “Hey Mido! I hope you’re doing alright. Bakubro and I have been busy with moving into dorms yesterday. We’re neighbours!” Bakugou elbowed his friend and raised an eyebrow as though telling him to get on with it. Kirishima chuckled and laid down the box. He delicately unwrapped it, revealing a dish full of Katsudon. “We brought you some Katsudon! I know it’s your favourite, and I finally convinced Bakubro to teach me how to make it last night. It’s probably not as good as his, but I hope you’ll still like it.”

Bakugou nodded in approval before glancing back at Aizawa and gruffly gesturing for him to approach. Sensing the trust in the act, Aizawa took a deep breath before moving closer.

The blond stared at him for a moment, his expression was a strange mixture of uncertainty, guilt and grief. He then turned to the gravestone and pointed at Aizawa. “Izuku, this is Aizawa Shouta, my homeroom teacher and the pro hero E-Eraserhead.” Aizawa looked over at his student in concern at the stumble in his words. Bakugou was clearly struggling to keep himself together as he continued. “You, um, you probably would’ve been in his class stirring up all kinds of hell with those notebooks of yours and your nerd brain.”

Aizawa respectfully bowed his head with his palms pressed together before sitting back up. “It’s an honour to meet you, Midoriya.”

The three sat kneeling silently in front of the grave before Aizawa tilted his head and finally asked, “Who is he?”

Bakugou closed his eyes as he curled his fists. “He was my childhood friend,” he looked down at his hands and fiddled with his fingers. “Our moms are best friends, so we literally knew each other since birth. When we were kids we promised that we would be heroes together,” the last words came out choked. Kirishima frowned and placed a hand on his friend’s shoulder. To Aizawa’s surprise, Bakugou didn’t push it away. Instead, he gripped onto the hand tightly. “When he was four, Auntie took him to the doctor and they found he was quirkless.” It took all of Aizawa’s years of training as an underground hero to keep himself from reacting to those words. He prayed that this story wasn’t going where he thought it was. “I-I didn’t take it well. I was s-so fucking obsessed with how strong my own quirk was and being the best hero th-that when this quirkless little nerd continued to somehow be a better- be a better hero than me in the ways that counted, I got pissed.” By now, Bakugou’s bottom lip was trembling as tears lined his eyes. Aizawa had never seen his student so vulnerable. “I pushed him away. I bullied him relentlessly, used my quirk on him, damn near tortured him on the daily and the teachers did jack-shit to stop it. Hell, they even encouraged it.” Aizawa felt a spark of anger flare up in him. He made a mental note to look into Bakugou’s middle school after this, but he couldn’t focus on that right now. Not when Bakugou had just begun to sob. “Dammit! I’m the reason that he’s dead!”

Kirishima instantly pulled his friend into him and ran a hand down his back. “No, you’re not,” he carefully reassured, noticeably ignoring Aizawa at the moment. “We’ve talked about this, Bakugou. What Midoriya did wasn’t your fault!”

“I told him to take a swan dive off the fucking roof that same day! I might as well have pushed him!”

Aizawa’s eyes widened as he realized what happened and how exactly young Midoriya died.

Kirishima took Bakugou’s face and forced him to look at him. “What did it say in Midoriya’s note? Did he say that he blamed you?”

Bakugou’s eyebrows narrowed. “No. He said he fucking forgave me, like an idiot. And that he was sorry to Auntie and I, but he had to be realistic-”

“Exactly,” Kirishima cut off. “If Midoriya said he forgave you, that is his choice, not yours. What you said was wrong, but you were a kid and you were manipulated by your quirkist teachers. It doesn’t make it right. But you’re aware of that and I know you’re trying to be better. To be someone that Midoriya would be proud to call a friend.”

Aizawa could only watch as Bakugou broke down into his best friend’s shoulder. He looked away to allow them some well-deserved privacy as Bakugou calmed down.

Eventually, he heard a sniffle and glanced back to see him wiping his face with his sleeve. He stared at the grave with saddened eyes. “Izuku loved you.”

Aizawa was shocked. He was an underground hero, so he didn’t exactly have a big fan base. “He knew who I was?”

Bakugou snorted, a small smile coming to grace his lips. “Yeah. The nerd fucking loved heroes. He used to go out to look for villain attacks to analyze heroes' moves and their quirks. He wrote it all down in these notebooks, ‘Hero Analysis for the Future’. I guess he thought that if he could break down quirks and fighting styles easily enough, it’d help even out the scales in a fight.”

Aizawa felt a sad smile creep onto his lips. The kid was ambitious and hardworking. He thought outside of the box to get to where he wanted. He sounded exactly like the kind of kid he would’ve loved to have in his class.

Bakugou sniffed again and wiped at his nose. “He um…” he looked at his teacher. “He really looked up to you,” the words went straight to Aizawa’s heart. “Other than All Might, I think you were his favourite. Y-You mostly fight quirkless, especially against mutants, and I guess he thought that if you could become a hero and save people then there had to be a chance that he could too.”

Aizawa soaked in the words. He had never really thought of it that way. He felt his heartache at the idea that he had provided hope for this kid that had gone through so much. Aizawa nodded solemnly at Bakugou. “I wish I could’ve met him.”

Bakugou let out a wet laugh, “The nerd would’ve fucking exploded on the spot. Probably would’ve started rambling with a shit ton of questions about your quirk and his crazy-ass theories.”

Aizawa smirked, “I would’ve loved to answer them.” The more he heard about this bright, dream-seeking kid, the more he wanted to learn about him. Aizawa paused as he recalled something; perhaps there was still a way that he could. He looked softly over at Bakugou, “This may be asking too much, and forgive me if I overstep my boundaries, but I would love to learn more about Midoriya. He sounds like a great kid. Do you think I could take a look at those notebooks you mentioned?”

Both Bakugou and Kirishima tensed at the question. Bakugou glanced between the gravestone, Kirishima and Aizawa several times, as though one of them held the answer to his teacher’s question. He squinted his eyes at his teacher before groaning. “Fuck it. Sure. I have them in my room; Auntie thought I could use them. Izuku would’ve fucking loved if he could’ve shared his notebooks with you,” he sighed before looking at Aizawa cautiously. “Just...Be careful with them. Please?”

Aizawa smiled and nodded. “Of course. You have my word.”

That was how Shota ended up on the floor of the living room of his and Hizashi’s shared apartment in the teachers’ dorms surrounded by a collection of over-filled notebooks.

There were thirteen volumes in total. The earliest one had entries done in crayon, and was written in the scribble of a four-year-old boy excited to take his first step towards heroics. It seemed to work half as a diary, as it rambled about the child’s day and his worries about “Kacchan” getting distant and being rough with him lately and questions on when his father would be coming back from his business trip. Between the entries, were basic assessments of every day-light hero's quirk and status, as well as a slightly more detailed look into All-Might and break down of his career as a hero.

With each volume, the analysis became more and more detailed. By the time Shota got to the final book, his heart was heavy with grief for the problem child he never got to teach. The kid had so much potential to be an incredible hero. Perhaps the most he had ever seen. It was clear that his heart was pure with the need to save others and that after looking at some of the notes he had written on people’s quirks, he could definitely label Izuku as a genius. He could only imagine what Nezu would’ve done if he had ever gotten his paws on him.

Shota barely reacted as Hizashi entered the apartment.

“Hey Sho, I’m…” Hizashi trailed off at the sight of his husband surrounded by open notebooks. “What’s going on, babe? New case?”

Shota sighed, trying to alleviate some of the weight that was pressing on his chest. “No. I took Bakugou out to see a friend of his today,” Hizashi silently sat beside him and carefully moved some of the notebooks. He could tell that Shota clearly needed to talk about whatever was going on. Shota met his eyes and Hizashi instantly felt concerned at the sadness swimming behind his partner’s gaze. “He took me to a graveyard, ‘Zashi. The kid’s friend was Midoriya Izuku. Fourteen. Quirkless. He committed suicide.”

Hizashi’s breath hitched as he gripped onto one of Sho’s hands. He glanced over at the books around them, “Are these…?”

Shota nodded. “These were his. Quirk Analysis notebooks. He’s been writing them since he was four and ended up making thirteen different volumes; all completely full. He was a genius.”

Hizashi felt a knot tie in his stomach as his husband choked on his words. Shota ran a hand through his hair as he looked back at the notebook, vol. 08, in his hands. “He was so fucking smart. Just listen to this.”

“ Eraserhead. Status: Underground. Quirk: Erasure. Type: Emitter. I was lucky enough to catch one of Eraserhead’s fights tonight on my way home from the grocery store and immediately began researching him. There aren't many videos of him online, but along with what I watched, I think I was able to put a few things together. His quirk works through eye contact and causes his hair to float as well as his eyes to glow slightly. Honestly, it’s kind of a give away for an underground hero, considering he is presumably trying to keep the activation requirements of his quirk a secret from villains. He should probably consider fighting with his hair up or wearing reflective goggles. It’d make it even harder to decipher the concepts of his quirk. Not to mention the full coverage goggles would prevent any debris from flying into his eyes and impairing them or worsening his dry eye, ”

Hizashi’s eyes widened. The kid got that from the few videos out there and seeing Sho fight once? Most people didn’t even know who Eraserhead was, to be able to put together that much information …

“ The best part about Eraserhead is how he fights. Since his quirk is non-combative and doesn’t work on mutants, Eraserhead has trained his body to be a weapon on its own. Mixed with careful precision and some fierce martial arts skills, Eraserhead fights quirkless with the use of a few support items! I’ve never seen anything like it. I wonder how his capture weapon works. It’s pliable enough that it can bend and fold and light enough to be easily thrown, yet when he pulls on it hard it seems to harden and act as a strong restraint. Maybe there’s a metal alloy of some kind woven in the fabric. When- ”

Shota paused and swallowed around the lump building in his throat.

“ When I become a hero, I’ll definitely need a couple of support weapons. I don’t know if I could use something so complicated like Eraserhead’s capture weapon, but maybe some blunt-force weapons as well as something for range attacks? Maybe one day I’ll be able to meet Eraserhead and ask him some questions about his training. If I’m going to be the world’s first quirkless hero, I need to learn to fight and Eraserhead would be the best person for me to learn from. ”

Shota squeezed his eyes shut as he finished the entry and took a few deep breaths. “He...He had so much potential,” he breathed through trembling lips. “All he wanted was to help people, and everyone acted like he had committed a crime just for hoping. He, fuck, he deserved so much better.”

Hizashi wasted no time in pulling Shota into his arms as he felt his own eyes well with tears in pain for the boy he would never know. He didn’t say anything. There was nothing he could say. A boy was dead and the world was a lesser place because of it.

They sat there in their living room crying in each others’ arms surrounded by the life-work of a child for hours. Eventually, as they finally pulled apart, something caught Hizashi’s eye. He frowned as he pulled up a burnt, torn, and waterlogged notebook. He nearly choked when he saw the number thirteen on it and realized it was the kid’s last journal. “What happened to it?” He asked, horrified.

Shota watched sadly as his husband began to thumb through the pages. “Bakugou admitted that he used to bully the poor kid. A lot of people apparently did. The notebook must have gotten caught in the crossfire.”

Shota raised an eyebrow as Hizashi paused about halfway through the book. He flipped the page and frowned before frantically searching through the rest of the book and turning back to that page. He looked up at Shota with eyes wide with confusion as he handed him the notebook. “Why is his last entry All Might’s signature?”

Shota froze as he stared at the oversized signature. “I don’t know,” he mumbled, running his thumb over a tear stain that dotted the page. “I’ll ask Bakugou tomorrow.”

***

Aizawa stared at Bakugou as he gawked down at the notebook in his hand, “What the fuck?”

He sighed and leaned back into his chair. “So, it’s safe to say you didn’t know about this?”

Bakugou didn’t look up at him, he merely continued to glare at the gaudy signature. “I avoided this one as much as possible and he never told me about this, which is fucking weird. Izuku idolized All Might, if he met him, there is no fucking way he’d be able to keep that shit to himself. And it’s his last entry which means-” Bakugou cut himself off as he suddenly stiffened, his eyes widening. “All Might was the last person to see him alive.”

Before Aizawa could say anything, Bakugou had burst out of the classroom. The teacher cursed under his breath and quickly followed behind him. “Bakugou, wait. What are you doing?”

“Getting fucking answers!” He spat as he threw the door to the teachers’ lounge open.

Hizashi, Cementoss and Nemuri jumped from where they had been relaxing, as Bakugou’s fiery gaze swept across the room searching for his target.

Hizashi glanced over at Aizawa with a confused expression before smiling softly at Bakugou. “Hey Little Listener. What’s going-”

“ You!” Bakugou snarled, his teeth bared, as All Might stepped out from the staff kitchen.

The explosive teen marched up to him and slammed the open notebook on the desk. “What did you say to him?!”

Aizawa’s eyes widened as he realized what Bakugou was insinuating. He placed his hand on his capture weapon, ready to restrain his student, but waited for the ex-number one hero’s answer.

All Might looked at Bakugou in shock and glanced down at the notebook. “I’m afraid I don’t know what or who you are talking about, Young Bakugou.”

This only seemed to anger Bakugou further. “Izuku! Midoriya Fucking Izuku! You signed his shitty-ass notebook, which means you saw him, now what did you tell him?!”

All Might blinked a couple of times before taking a closer look at the notebook, Aizawa frowned as a flicker of recognition was shown behind the ex-number one hero’s eyes. “Ah, the quirkless boy.”

Bakugou growled as he ripped the notebook out of the hero’s hands. “His name is Midoriya you bastard,” he held out the notebook behind him for Aizawa to take. The teacher noted the small tremor in Bakugou’s hands as he did so and carefully took the book from him. “What did you say to him?”

All Might frowned and glanced at the other teachers who, with the exception of Aizawa and Hizashi, looked just as confused as he did. He chuckled awkwardly and tried to ruffle Bakugou’s hair. “That was over a year ago, Young Bakugou. What’s all of this about?”

The child snarled and let out a small explosion at the reaching hand, causing All Might to yelp and look at Aizawa for aid. The teacher merely shrugged and crossed his arms. “It’s important. Just answer his question, Yagi.”

The former number one sighed and ran a hand over his face. “He had been caught up with the sludge villain.”

Bakugou growled at the mention of the villain. “That fucker attacked Izuku before he got to me?” He narrowed his eyes at All Might. He couldn’t help but tense as he remembered the feeling of sludge being forced down his throat. He remembered the all-encompassing fear that filled him as he watched the heroes stand by and do nothing. He remembered Izuku. “If you stopped him, then how the fuck did he get loose again?”

“If you’d let me explain,” All Might said and shook his head. “I had barely managed to stop the villain in time. Poor kid was unconscious. I was able to get him to wake up and signed his notebook. I was running out of time to hold my form, so I attempted to leave,” All Might chuckled at the memory as Aizawa, Bakugou and Hizashi glared. “The kid was a huge fanboy though and clung onto my leg when I took off. I brought us to a roof and tried to leave once more, but the kid stopped me. He was determined to ask me a question.”

Aizawa knew All Might was dense, but his disdain for the hero only grew with every word he spoke. “You tried to leave a clearly injured child alone, without medical attention, twice ?” He snapped.

All Might opened his mouth to defend himself, but Bakugou cut him off before he got the chance. “What did he ask?”

The room fell silent at the question. Bakugou’s voice was quiet, as though he was almost scared to hear the answer, but simultaneously carried the promise of violence should he say the wrong thing. When All Might didn’t react, the teenager growled and let out another round of explosions. “Tell me!!!”

All Might took a step back from the angry teenager. “Okay! He asked me if I thought somebody who was quirkless could ever become a hero.”

Aizawa’s breath hitched at the question as his hands fisted into his capture weapon. “What did you tell him, Yagi?”

The number one hero had the gull to look confused. “I told him no. He seemed smart, but without a quirk he’d only manage to get in the way. I told him that it was nice to have dreams, but that he needed to be more realistic and if he wanted to help people he could try being a policeman or something. Then, since I had to turn in the sludge villain, I left.”

No. He said he fucking forgave me, like an idoit. And that he was sorry to Auntie and I, but he had to be realistic

Realistic

Aizawa’s eyes widened in realization. “Bakugou, wait!”

But he was too late. Bakugou let out an animalistic scream as he launched himself at the number one hero. “You bastard!!! You killed him! You fucking killed him!” He blasted the hero onto his back before pounding into him with his fists. Blood flew off All Might’s nose and painted Bakugou’s knuckles.

Aizawa quickly turned on his quirk and caught the feral, grieving boy in his scarf, pulling him away from a deeply confused All Might. Hizashi placed himself between the two of them as Aizawa gripped tightly onto his struggling student. “Bakugou, please.”

The boy continued screaming, throwing threats and curses into the air as he grieved his friend. “He killed him! He killed my best friend!” \

Aizawa tried to soothe him as the screams slowly dissipated into sobs. He made eye contact with Nemuri who gestured to her arm, clearly offering her quirk, but he silently denied the offer. Bakugou was upset, but he needed to process this. He just found out that his best friend turned rival killed himself as a result of meeting their idol. It was a lot for anyone to take in.

“I don’t understand. What’s going on?” All Might asked stupidly.

Aizawa clung onto Bakugou as he snarled at the hero. “That kid whose dreams you crushed was named Midoriya Izuku. He was an extremely talented quirk analyst, an overly kind kid, and incredibly hard-working. He wanted nothing more than to be a hero despite being told by everyone in his life that it would never be possible because he was quirkless. He idolized you ever since he was four years old,” the underground hero’s eyes narrowed as he instinctively activated his quirk. “Over a year and a half ago, he killed himself.” All Might paled as his eyes widened in realization. He could hear the horrified gasps of the teachers around them. “You telling him to ‘be realistic’ was the last words he ever heard.”

All Might gaped like a fish as his eyes fixed onto the notebook sitting on the desk nearby. “I-I didn’t … I didn’t know that he would …”

Bakugou winced in arms and shivered as angry sobs forced their way past his lips, his heads unconsciously sparking as he gripped tightly onto his teacher’s shirt. Aizawa carefully guided the kid to his feet and looked over at Hizashi, “I’m going to bring him to his dorm,” he looked cooly over at All Might, “Don’t think this is the end of this, Yagi. Midoriya deserves justice.”

As he led his student out into the hallways of UA, Aizawa felt his heart shatter at mumblings coming from Bakugou. “I-It really wasn’t my fault. I mean, I didn’t help and I’m not innocent but he- he didn’t do it because of- it wasn’t me.”
