How to tell my parents that i literally can't stim if they can see me because then I get embarrassed and it just makes me feel worse and then I get frustrated

I should really start trying to make friends online again. I never have any luck it sucks. I usually get ghosted or I ghost them because they don’t seem interested in knowing me. 😔

I think my problem is wanting to actually connect with people on a deeper level than they can comprehend lmao

I also don’t come off as interesting bc its text like how am I suppose to not feel anxious about asking personal questions, I talk to much, I’m scared I’ll cross boundaries by asking deep questions, I just don’t want to fuck up. (100% the BPD talking lol)

I can’t tell if being friends with someone who has bpd would be better for me cuz then they’d get it, but also autism

Yes! It shouldn’t have to take years and many doctors to get a diagnosis and proper treatment.
