you need to learn to be there for them at their lowest… by understanding their mental health… and learning how to talk to their hurt little child in them…without degrading them, or criticising them and questioning their maturity…you must be able to hold them down when they are having anxious emotional outburst… and de escalate without being dismissive or passive aggressive… to always act with love…
Most importantly never give up on them…
Once calm… when ego and guards are all dropped… communicate accordingly… find the balance…
That way they can heal and also learn…. Together….
