Lol, so this just happened in Bioshock 2.... I was fighting an Elite Bouncer in the theatre in Dionysus Park, and at first he was kind of glitchy and kept freezing, but when I killed him, he floated up to the ceiling.... He's not stuck up there with a spear or anything... XD
I just had to kill Sinclair.... R.I.P. Augustus Sinclair
Poor guy, I had to kill him to progress, but he accepted his fate.
Also, I saved three times in three files and backed up those files so my game can't pull any funny stuff once I let all the prisoners out of Persephone. Take that, Bioshock.
