It’s a toss-up between that time someone called me the wrong name for a couple of years because our nicknames were the same and she thought we had the same name, or...

That time at the dentist where I was too nervous to speak up and they pulled out the wrong tooth. (Made slightly better by the fact that the idea was to remove it eventually anyway, but... it wasn’t the tooth that I went there to have removed.)
