I love Iwatex and I really wish i had more friends who played, but I almost don’t want the fandom to get larger.
I like our small little community. I’ve like never seen any drama (not saying drama is nonexistent in smaller spaces, but there are less people to start drama, yk?).
I’m watching other fandoms I’m in grow larger, and it’s just so fucking chaotic. The drama is unreal. Bad people are finding them and making everything look bad. Making everyone feel bad.
Do I think Iwatex should have more support? Absolutely.
Am I concerned as to what it could bring? Also yes.

Ugh but Rex is someone who began life feeling like an outsider and purposefully made himself as non-threatening as possible to try to improve that situation only to become the choice victim of another kid who also felt like an outsider but had decided the best way to change that was to choose someone he could bully and convince everyone else Rex deserved to be bullied. And in spite of this Rex is so empathetic that even though Vace has done his best to try to make Rex's life a living hell throughout their childhood and adolescence, Rex still feels sorry for him. Rex wonders if he could have done something differently to make Vace a better person. Truly the Heliopause does not deserve this man.
I think about the fact that I had 18 hours in iwatex in the first two days of owning it a lot. To say I like this game feels like an understatement.

“Maybe I just have a thing for sad emo boys but I immediately loved dys so so much. kind of an outcast boy for the entire game, he feels like he really does fit in with the rest of the colony kids and is honestly pretty upset about people trying to industrialize/destroy the nature of the planet they've landed on because he thinks its so beautiful and they'd be best to just leave things alone and let nature run its course. has a twin sister who's pretty much the exact opposite of him and they both have a kind of jealousy about what the other has (dys thinks everyone thinks his sister is better than him and that everyone likes her more than they like him and wants to feel cared for the way he thinks she is. she feels she has a lot of expectations on her and wishes for the freedom she believes dys has with no expectations or eyes on him) however you can make them kind of bond if you choose to. if you dont date him and kind of if you do he falls in love with a humanoid alien on the planet that the player can also date and be in a polycule. i really just wanna give this boy a hug because he desperately needs one”
