Like, I'm not mad at Liam. I'm not mad at anyone specifically for whoever was going to fill Geralt’s shoes. Im not even mad at the casting directors. Same thing with the Netflix adaptation of Eskel. Basil is a great guy and it wasnt his fault the original guy couldnt do it. He was cast, he was paid, and i hate when people are vile to the actor for his job. For being hired. What makes me upset is how they twisted Eskel into something against the sources and made him sleazy and oogy for plot. Like. Please don't. My first exposure to the witcher was the show and ngl, I hated Eskel and Lambert because they were utter douche bags! I love them now ofc I'm just sad that's how I was introduced to two very beloved characters of this fandom.

I'm not upset with the actors. I'm not upset with the casting crew. I'm not upset with Henry or Liam or anyone for doing their jobs.

How the fuck ever. I'm upset with the writers forcing away such an avid fan and making him leave something he loved so dearly.

Liam, I wish you the best of luck. Henry, I feel you man. I hope your love for it lives on after this whole thing.

TLDR; The writers fucked up and I'm not mad at actors who are paid to do a job and picked because someone gunked up the source so badly. Be nice to actors. They're doing their job. Be mad at the writers for butchering people and making the actors leave.
