𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲

I walked into the chateau and close the door quietly knowing John b and jj were probably still asleep and hungover from the party last night at the boneyard.l went over to the kitchen and poured two glasses of water and some Advil for their headache I was heading towards the-I heard something which sounded like someone was being sick i glance over to to the bathroom door wide open and I see a very hungover John B with his head over the toilet.

"Well you look like shit" I said to John B

"Good morning to you too y/n"

"I bought you some Advil" I smiled at the poor boy

"Thanks"

"Where's'-"

"Guest bedroom"

"Well that's not a surprise"

I decided to head towards the guest room the room that jj claims to be his I slowly open the door to see a sleeping jj laying on his stomach shirtless the sun shined through the window beaming warm light onto his skin making him look so perfect.I have always had a crush on jj for years but I'm 100% sure he doesn't have feelings for me I mean look at me I'm not nearly as pretty as the girls he hooks up with.I placed the Advil and water on the bedside table and jumped on the bed attempting to wake jj up.Uhhhhh how is he still sleeping this boy can sleep through I hurricane. So I tried lightly shaking jj then I heard a loud groan.

"What the hell do you want John b" the boy growled "it's not John b its your favorite pouge"

"Pope?"

"Hahahah so funny jj"I rolled my eyes

He chuckled then he looked down I was wondering what he was looking at then I realised I was straddling him. I quickly jumped off of him as I feel heat rise on my cheeks. He looks at me with a huge smirk on his face.

"I-I bought you some Advil and water"I pointed to the bedside table he smiled and said "thanks princess"Oh god I'm blushing even harder now I said a quick bye and rushed out the room so try and save some of the Dignity I have left.I close the door and I saw John b in the kitchen and waved to him.

"Y/n why do you look like a tomato?"

"Shut up John b your not helping" I sass back

"Someone's grumpy "I send a glare at him

"Come on we need to pick Sarah pope and kie tell jj to

"You tell him" I said quickly not wanting him to see my already red face

"hurry up and get dressed"

"Okayyyyy someones acting strange this morning" Before i can say anything he walks off to go tell jj to hurry up i went to go sit on the porch while waiting for the boys and hopefully my face gets a little less red.A couple of minutes later the boys walk out ready we all head to the dock before I jump into the boat jj offers me a hand which I thank him for so I don't fall flat on my face like a did last time but that's a story for next time. Eventually the whole group is here on the boat sharing beers and talking. I was talking to jj until kie started taking her clothes of to go for a swim all the boys were staring at kie,me and kie are completely different she is slimmer and she perfect but I'm the complete opposite my flaws are distinctive and far from perfect.I was ripped out of my thoughts when I hear my name.

"Y/n! Y/n! Are you getting in"jj asks

"Yeah y/n come the water feels so nice" kie says I hear laughter from pope John b and Sarah as they are messing around splashing water everywhere.

"Um... no I think I'm just going to say here"I don't want them to see me wearing a bikini as it will show how big my thighs look compared to kie's. Jj looks at me weirdly.

"But it's like 90 degrees y/n" pope says

"I don't feel very well" I try to think of a lie to get them to stop asking

"We can go back to the chateau if you want (y/n)" John b questions sending me a Reassuring smile

"Yes please"

Everyone gets on the boat and we head back to the chateau. I feel tears threatening to spill not only am I ugly but I just ruined the whole day for my friends.l can feel jj's glare on me the whole time. Finally we get back to the chateau and I run in not wanting anyone to see my cry so I go into the closest room I can find and close the door my vision is blurry as tears run down my cheeks then just my luck the door opened and jj was stand there look at me my body sitting in the corner of the room head in hands. He sighs and closes the door and comes closer to me the closer he gets the muffled cries he hears get louder. Jj sits directly in front of me,legs crossed and asks softly "why are you crying y/n"

I don't respond so he gently takes my hands off my face and wipes the tears off my cheeks with the pads of his thumb. He keeps both hands on my face slowly Caressing my cheeks and repeats the questions

"what are you crying"

"Why do I have to be so ugly jj"my voice comes out hoarse from the crying. Jj's heart broke hearing about how the girls he loves thinks about herself. Jj pulls me into his lap and whispers in my ear

"your the most beautiful smart and talented girl that has ever stepped foot on this earth" I look up at him and sniffled

"really"

"yes princess" I smile at the nickname and hug him burying my head in the crook of his neck the smell of the ocean weed and beer surrounding me which surprisingly smells nice.Jj rubs my back gently soothing me to sleep and the last thing I hear before closing my eyes is "I love you my beautiful girl"

"Come on j, can we please watch a movie?" I ask him walking over to my bed.

"i would love too y/n but we have to finish your math so you don't get held back, your already failing" JJ says turning the chair that he's sitting on towards me

"please jj, it's one movie" i plead laying down on my bed

"how about this" he says walking towards me "we finish your math homework then you can pick whatever movie we watch, deal?"

"how about we watch a movie then we finish my homework" i say sitting up.

"You're not winning this argument sunshine" jj says picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder.

"jj!" i say slapping his back

"shit, y/n don't hit there on my back" jj says setting me down

"sorry jj" I said, kissing his cheek "your dad again?" He looks away and sits on the chair again. He shakes his head and pulls me to sit on his lap. "Just stop talking about it" jj says grabbing my pencil "let's just finish this then we can watch your movie yea?"

"yea" I say, grabbing the pencil and continuing my homework. jj puts his head on my shoulder and points out where i go wrong.

"There you go, you're finally done, now let's watch the movie you wanted to watch" jj says pressing his lips against my shoulder. I nod my head and stand up walking towards my bed.

"what movie are we watching" he says standing up walking towards my bed

"the mighty ducks, the first one though, you've never seen them before" i tell him laying down

"That's because I have no interest in those movies," jj says, putting his head on my stomach. I smile at him and run my fingers through his hair while turning on my laptop that sometimes doesn't turn on.

"They all look so young and since it's near the end we can see them-" I say but look down to see JJ asleep. I shake my head and get up to grab a glass of water. i go to the kitchen and see john b, kiara, sarah and pope talking

"y/n! just because your dating my best friend doesn't mean you get to keep him 24/7" john b tells me walking towards the kitchen

"this is the first time we hung out alone jb, you guys are always in the room making sure we don't do shit" i say taking a sip out of my water bottle

"what's that on your neck?" john b says going into protective brother mode and checking my neck out

"birthmark dumbass, and if i were to have a hickey it would be in a place that wouldn't be shown" i smirk at john b, he looks at me with a disgusted face. jj walks out of my room and towards me wrapping an arm around my waist

"you left me" jj whispers in my ear and kisses the back of my head

"i know, john b held me up complaining that i took you away" i whisper back "come on let's go watch the rest of the movie"

"keep the sound to a minimum" kie yells looking at us then at john b

"no closed door! keep it opened" john b says to us. I scoff and grab jjs hand walking towards my bedroom. jj takes this as a chance to smack my ass

"jj maybank!" i say laughing, he just smiles at me and kisses my forehead

"gross jj that's my sister" john b complains walking over to where sarah is.

"oh please you do worse with sarah" y/n looks at her brother

"JJI DON'T feel well i've told you multiple times" y/n mumbled putting her face into the pillows. jj scoffed and pulled the pillow away from her

"hun i know you don't like parties but c'mon, john b is gonna be there, kie, sarah, pope" jj said sitting beside you on the bed. you sigh and walk over to the dresser

"i'm showing up in leggings and a hoodie" y/n said grabbing a pair of leggings and jjs hoodie

"i don't care what you wear" jj said with a goofy smile "as long as your coming"

you change into your outfit and jj takes you out to his motorcycle

"jj if i ride this i'll puke" you say shaking your head

"we're taking my car"

"don't be dramatic" jj says sitting in the passenger seat of your car. you make sure the music is down so your head doesn't explode.

one of jjs favorite songs came on and he cranked the radio. you slapped his hand and turned it down.

"jj i have a headache leave the music down" you say turning into the chateaus driveway. jj nods and the group piles into your car.

it didn't take long to get to the bonfire, once you guys made it you went your separate ways.

it was an hour into the party and you haven't drank or smoked anything. you weren't feeling well at all.

jj held you in his arms as the two of you swayed to the music.

"jj i really don't feel well" you mumbled feeling your eyes getting heavy. you vaguely remember what happened next.

"y/n" jjs voice was faint but recognizable "hey love, come on"

"jj what happened" john b said running over "dude is she okay"

"i don't know john b" jj snapped. people started surrounding you and jj told all of them to go away.

"jj she needs to go home" kiara said.

"I already know that" jj snapped again. He was worried, he should've believed you.

he didn't wanna move you until you woke up.

"jj" you mumble. He let out a sigh of relief and helped you slowly stand up.

you stumble a bit but jj holds you steady.

"I just wanna go home" you whisper leaning into his chest. jj nods and walks you to your car. John b, pope and kie followed close behind.

"drop us off at the chateau, i can drive those two home" john b said. JJ nodded and took the trio to John B's place.

it didn't take long to get back to your place, jj was speeding so that could be a factor too.

"Do you need anything? '' JJ asked once he got you into bed. He already got Advil and water and put it on the nightstand.

you shake your head and jj lays beside you. he holds

you tightly and kiss the back of your head.

"I'm so sorry I didn't believe you" jj whispered. you turn to face him and cup his face

"Can you let go of me? It's really hot" you joked. jj shook

his head and held you closer to him "last time i let you go you passed out so no" jj laughed.

Of course, he's going to be overly clingy now.

"good evening y/n/n! get up we have dinner plans" JJ says jumping on top of me, I let out a slight groan. this is the happiest i've seen him in awhile

"what's wrong y/n" jj asks, getting off of you and sitting beside you.

"Probably the fact you just jumped on top of me but what do you have planned today?" I ask him, turning to face him.

"You'll find out later, now get ready" he says, kissing your forehead. I nod my head and push him out of the room.

"c'mon y/n why can't i stay" jj whines

"that would be a bit perverted j" i say looking up at him

"nothing i haven't seen before" jj says smirking and walking out of your room. i scoff and shake my head grabbing something to wear

"Can you tell me where we're going now?" I ask as I walk down the stairs.

"You have to wait to see pretty lady" he says, walking over and wrapping his arms around my waist.

"What car are we taking?" I asked, grabbing his hand and walking towards my front door.

"The twinkie broke down so my bike" he says smiling.

"cool cool, promise me you won't try to kill me this time?" i joke

"that was one time y/n, i'm not gonna kill you" he says getting on the bike. I sat behind him wrapping my arms around his waist and pressing my cheek against his back.

We make it to a hill looking thing when jj stops his bike "okay, so we're close but you need to put on a blindfold" jj says handing me a blindfold. I hesitate to take it but end up wrapping it around my eyes.

"Are you sure you're not planning to murder me?" i ask gripping onto his arm

"one, why would i muder you, two, your hurting my arm" he says. i loosen my grip on his arm walking with him. we walk for a bit longer when jj stops us.

"okay, take the blindfold off" jj says standing behind me. I pull the blindfold up onto my forehead and smile at the sight in front of me. jj steps in front of me and starts rambling

"i know it's not that special but the twinkie I thought would be a good place I guess, but we can also sit in the field and-" I cut him off by kissing him, he kissed me back after a few seconds of realizing what happened.

"it's beautiful j, thank you" i say walking towards the twinkie seeing it has fairy lights on it and blankets covering the hard floor

"So you like it?" jj asks, putting his hands in his pockets.

"yes jj, it's perfect thank you" i say hugging him. he lets out a sigh of relief and hugs me back.

"okay let's eat before it all goes bad" jj says leading me into the van.

After a while me & JJ decided to pack everything up and ride back to my house.

"thank you for today j" i say walking up to my front door

"yeah, uh your mom home?" jj asks scratching the back of his neck

"She's working, you can stay over if you want" I say knowing what he's hinting at. He looks at me with a grateful smile and walks me inside. We walk upstairs to my bedroom and I throw him a pair of sweatpants that I stole from him.

"It gets cold in here" I say grabbing a pair of shorts and a hoodie for myself, he nods his head and I walk into the bathroom to get changed. I do whatever I do at night and walk into my bedroom seeing jj already picking a tv show. I lightly laugh to myself and get into bed next to him. He puts his head on my chest and turns on the show we watch together

"i love you" he says randomly looking like he regret it right afterwards

"i love you too j" i say kissing the top of his head and playing with his hair. he smiles against my chest and continues watching the tv.
