Ok as a Greek mythology nerd I love seeing different takes on having characters representing the different greek gods, but also I think it would be hilarious if someone made a pantheon of gods using the greek gods / titans / whatever names and then making the names have ZERO relation to their powers or personality

Like we have a Hera who is gay and the worst cheater you have ever seen

Artemis? Yeah she's a stay at home mom to the other gods, goddess of the ocean

Posideon? God of cheese, why? It's funny

Like imagine the possibility!! It would be so annoying and so funny, and like if it was like a DND party with another greek mythology nerd they'd wonder if it was like a plot point, and whether it is or it isn't, if you care about greek mythology it'll be the most memorable campaign you ever play.
