To all the people who feel it is their right to assemble under the 1st amendmrnt .. that right only works when 2 conditions are met ..
1 - you will not harm yourself
2 - you will not harm others
If in the course of your assembling you contract the Corona virus, you will harm others when you pass it along.
Pls, repost
I like Coumo's response to, "Staying home is worse than death!"| If you go out and get sick, you will DIE! Plain and simple. So, how is dieing worse than staying home? Are you being water boarded, because that's what it feels like when you are fighting for your life after contracting the virus. Is that better than staying at home and living? #covid19 #waterboarding #worsethandeath #stayhome #stayalive
Call for Videos
I'm not sure if it's ADDitude Magazine or a member of their FaceBook Group that is working on this project, but I think it's a great idea. Let's begin recording what ADHD is like and build a documentary on ADHD.
The initial call was for objectives for the video. What should the video show about ADHD? Since, I'm maintaining a blog on Working With ADHD, here are some suggestions I thought should be included.
How a single event can redirect an ADHDr making us look scattered and kaotic, distracted and disconnected, overwhelmed or hyperfocused
How events change an ADHDrs feelings in real time.
How unlike an NT we can't shunt emotions
That there are 3 types of events ADHDrs deal with .. external, internal monologue, and internal sensations which can't be consciously felt, yet affect us emotionally
How ADHDrs can ride off someone else's emotional high to work on a project
How ADHDrs are motivated by positive events
How ADHDrs avoid negative events
How a negative event causes ADHD thought depression storms
How a single strong positive event can terminate a thought depression storm
How externalizing things helps us remember
How using emojis helps us see what emotion we are assigning to tasks
How reframing a task or event can allow us to do the task
How getting a running head start w positive events can allow us to see a negative task as a challenge
How life gets better as you begin curating positive events
How ADHDrs are willing to accept greater challenges and responsibilities as well have positive outcomes
How ADHDrs have associative memories
How ADHDrs study
How ADHDrs are spontaneous yet unable to complete a project
How ADHDrs feel frustrated and restricted by their disorder
How ADHDrs become exhausted by just trying
How ADHDrs become time blind
What an ADHDrs inner monologue is like
How an ADHDrs mind matures over time, thus motor control develops at a different rate than executive function.
How we are Hyper Aware of everything happening around us, even if we don't react.
Why ADHDrs have so few friends.
How .. Out of Sight, Out of Mind .. Works
Why / How it is hard for an ADHDr to commit to time tables
How ADHD isolates and ADHDr
What it's like to live in an ADHD house filled with projects and organized clutter
How ADHD makes ADHDrs feel
How NTs view us
How NTs feel about the excuse of ADHD
My recommendation for video clips ..
Keep them to 1 or 2 topics listed above.
Keep them to 2 to 3 minutes in length.
Focus on showing / demonstrating the topics of ADHD.

Integrity
Integrity is the social contract you hold with others on what you will do and how you will conduct yourself when no one is watching.
“But the plain fact of the matter is that, for any person to successfully lead others, he or she must deal with reality and be ready to accept the fact that leadership, at times, can bring out the worst in us. And understanding, as well as coming to grips with the darker side of your personality, is key to dealing with real-life situations.”
