Sephiroth lifted xyr right cheek and unleashed a rippling, splatter-sounding fart. It sounded so wet, it was impossible to think all that came out was air, but it was. Sephiroth slumped xyr thick ass back on the bed and sighed loudly. Xe ran xyr fingers through xyr silky split bangs, xyr forehead dripping with sweat.

"Augh- dude, what the fuck!" said Zack. The dark-haired man was dead center in the blast zone. He could see some of Sephiroth's pillows ruffle and bounce from where they sat and waves in xyr sheets created by the wind.

Zack clasped his nose shut, the smell of moldy cheese and hot garbage tainting the walls of his mouth and nostrils. He breathed out. "Gaia, how are you so fucking gassy? I'm lactose intolerant and I've never smelled or… let out a thing like this." Zack's eyes fluttered as they welled up. Sephiroth's farts were like staring into each and every layer of an onion.

"I'm lactose intolerant, too, Zack." Sephiroth arched up xyr knees and put xyr hands by xyr sides. "Well, not by a lot. It's just those white cheeses." Xe scratched xyr wet forehead and leaned forward.

Sephiroth clenched their teeth, feeling the sensitive skin of their asshole sputter and stretch with horrible gas. Their pillow fell and their sheets rippled. Zack jumped from his seat at the disgusting motor sound and stared as his partner farted uncontrollably.

When they stopped, they looked exhausted. Their arms and legs slumped down, as did their head and neck. Their hair, now frizzy after being caught into two monstrous farts, drooped around their tired body like a long veil.

Zack could hear their trembling breath. He could've sworn he could make out their heartbeat, too, had his ears not hurt so much. "I'm honestly a little jealous, but... I'm not gonna say anything cuz I know you're in-" Zack paused to give an awkward chuckle. "-a lot of pain, buddy."

The air was impossibly sour, so much so that it stung. Zack was scared to swallow any saliva while he could taste Sephiroth's reeking ass. It was also so humid, Zack could feel a moisture build up on his skin. The sleeves that engulfed the partners' armpits immediately became damp.

The General turned their head to the younger SOLDIER. "Thank you for your sympathy, Zack." Their voice was hoarse. It must be the smell.

Sephiroth kicked up his long leg and unleashed another ripper. This one was launched across his room and slowly started to spread out. What hadn't made it to the other side stayed with his other massive clouds of gas. Sephiroth looked to his side, fanning his face. Zack reeled back and followed suit. The younger man's scalp was drizzled in sweat.

"Holy shit…" he said. "No more cheesy pasta for you, man." Zack rested his elbows on his knees and giggled.

"Like I'll ever," Sephiroth said, stubborn and sly. "I give up pasta and you give up grilled cheese and cereal."

"What? No way!" Zack leaned back in surprise.

"Angeal and I aren't letting you stink up our kitchen again."

"You stink up the kitchen all the time!! And the living room!" Zack waved his hands in front of himself.

"I'm not listening to that. You have worse lactose intolerance than I and take full advantage of it."

Zack crossed his strong arms and pouted. "Whatever. You're not any better if you keep eating cheese."

"I guess we'll call it even then." Sephiroth gave Zack a smirk, their green eyes shimmering.

"Suuuuure," said Zack, rolling his eyes. Rolling them made sure he wouldn't get too flustered looking into Sephiroth's.
