A headcanon that the Coruscant Guard has two lists/charts to reference when a Senator is kidnapped for Ransom.

1. How Annoying is that Senator

To see if the kidnapper would get annoyed enough to given them back willingly. (PLEASE KEEP THEM)

2. How Much do we like that Senator

To see how much they should try and get the Senator back in a negotiation or in a fight.
