(I don't actually know if she was a cousin or a direct descendant of the Matron Mother or what but it sure is funny to think about. I'm guessing direct daughter bc of how small House Oblodra is, but who knows lol IT'S ALL CONJECTURE)

psionicists don't really exist in 5e, but my personal opinion is that if you're statting Kimmuriel as a Player Character and not a NPC who can just Do Weird Shit, the most IC way to do it is a 2-step process:

Take Counterspell as early as possible, fill half of your spell slots with Just Counterspell and flavor every use as him slapping wizards in the brain to make them stop casting
