Being an ADHD creature, it's difficult for me to follow long description texts sometimes, and dialogues make me much more focused to absorb the story (One of the reasons why I liked TMA so much)

say your friend is sad. you ask them if they want a hug. they say no, but you are still sad that they are sad. you care about them and you want them to know it. so you say ‘ok. i’m hugging you with my mind’. boom personal space respected but you’ve (hopefully) managed to convey the same support and comfort that a hug would
