He ruffled his hair in frustration. It was his fault afterall. If you weren't at home right now, if you weren't responding to his calls, it was his fault.

He hurt you, the one person you thought would never hurt you, hurt you the worst. If you were to come and tell him that you hated him he would believe it. You trusted him, but he broke your trust, hitting on your insecurities during a meaningless argument. Whenever he closed his eyes he could clearly see the pained expression you had when he blurted out those hurtful things to you.

Before he could apologise to you you were out of the door. And he was left standing with nothing but hatred for himself.
