I read something once about him growing up in a sorta like bad community and got rescued and I loved that and my headcanon adding to it is that he speaks some almost forgotten very beautiful kind of Japanese that he loves to show off or lets it slip when tired/unfocused

Also that he loves scalding bathes

He definitely says "Hoo haa" a lot especially when practicing cool moved in front of the mirror. "I'm a ninja hoo haa!"

He doesn't drink enough. Needs constant reminders.

Gives out wardrobe duty as a punishment. That means organizing his wardrobe (or whatever he has at the agency) in any way he chooses. If it's a good day it's just by color and you'll learn 20 new types of blue.

Absolute simp for Shinya and is very happy whenever they're home and Shinya can drop the tough and stooc act and just be a happy little bean
