Luke, okay Luke has one of the hardest claims to confirm so I’m just gonna put him off for a little,

BRYCE, okay so Bryce arguably did have to at the very least be detained in some way. Killing Bryce was an easy way to show off Nico’s powers and be like “oh Nico’s so strong and cool guys” or whatever. Sure, Bryce was uh… a guy, that did things. But I have already yapped about how I feel on those. I can say that maybe the death was a little dramatic but I can also say that I am biased on this one because I just was sad because I like Bryce :[

Octavian, let’s not say insane, he was spiraling and going through immense stress, pressure, strain, and a goddess whispering in his ear but not insanity. While even if he fired the ballistae(? Don’t wanna fact check at the moment) it wouldn’t have shot to the demigod body, it was aimed away from camp (we know that because when he did launch it the gold and the little guy straight to Gaea), Nico (and Will, and Michael-) had every chance to disarm him! Sure, rushing him wouldn’t have worked but Michael could’ve just appeared out of nowhere (like he did in canon, seriously like-) and just knocked him out, or snatched him up. Is that a mentally distressing situation, of course! Would it have saved Octavian’s life in the long run, yes. Octavian wouldn’t have killed anyone with the Ballistae!! Will and Nico would’ve known because they were part of the group disarming the Ballistae! Rick- did the thing and i don’t want to get into that but like- sidnianffnejsj.

Okay, Luke is the stretchiest, farthest reach I can. Luke was meant to die, his arc would’ve been less good if he didn’t. Am I sad that he died, obviously (Like just upset that everyone that died in tLO died) buuut. The demigods wouldn’t have stood a fighting chance if not for Nico, Hades n’ stuff which, Go Nico! Though still saying Luke would’ve had better odds. Though this is my largest reach.

his sister died :( and yes, it was unfair for him to ask Percy to keep her safe but he was a child. He was just worried about the only thing in the world he had that don’t make him bad he was a child

Like to say while I’m working on a post about games in Camp Jupiter and Camp Half-Blood I re-watched Pjo tv show for like the 6th time and I have this mannequin head named Barbra that me and my friends use to block my dogs away because they’re (for some reason) very scared of her.

We’ll hold her out like Medusa’s head and they’ll run off (nicely we don’t do it a lot and it’s just so when we’re in the basement they don’t overrun us, I love my dogs-)

Anyway I’m working on that games post, and I’m planning on making the winged shoes from the tv show (I might make a different version with more traditional wings but I really wanted to make the shoelace ones lol))

Just a general update but I’ll have the Games post out soon :3

On the tongue(? I don’t know shoe terminology-) of the shoes, It’s on the banner on the Hermes cabin but I really have no idea what it may be and I’d rather get a clearer image of it and know what it was than just slap it on some shoes and call it a day

Away from that I’m working on drawing something (wow shocker) because I’ve been on a drawing kick recently, anyway I drew Larry,

The lighting was doing something and I have no idea what it’s trying to convey or how those shadows work but I don’t necessarily care at the moment because this was the first time that I figured out his design and the tattoo also took so long.

Anyway I’m working on drawing tiny Octavian and Michael when they first came to camp (have to switch to one of my sketchbooks because the draft was not working to be sketched with my fingers on the phone).

Probably gonna do that Aphrodite/Venus children post later, but for now goodnight!

I feel like (Rick probably just forgot or didn’t bother-) but it very much could’ve been in New Rome? Separate from camp Military/religious things-

That there probably is a temple for Vesta separate to temple hill (which again- I wanna talk about in a separate post because the concept is just-) in New Rome because the Vestal Vrigins were important,

They took care of the hearth of the city from my quick skimming, they would be chosen before puberty so it’s not super far-fetched to assume they wouldn’t serve in the legion (They also had a bunch of other stuff too, and the Vestal’s had special privileges and it wouldn’t be wild to assume that these would translate to modern day with the priestesses not having to serve in the legion due to their important status) so I think to give the benefit of the doubt (genuinely forgot the saying so uh-) Rick probably just didn’t mention them because we didn’t see much of New Rome and its functions and whatever.

Why doesn't Camp Jupiter have a Temple for Vesta? And like Vestal Virgins? Wasn't it like super important in Rome-
