When it's uncooked, it has a metallic blood-like taste, and a chewy stringy texture. It's great in soups and salads

Just finished my first mask!!! :)
Also, I found that if you punch holes in the mask where the whiskers would be, it makes it a lot easier to breathe with the mask on.
Makes it easier to wear the mask while doing quads :)
