Hiii! I'm brand spankin’ new the ESSA (emotional support stuffed animal) community. I saw some of my moots liking ESSA posts and I researched it a bit. I knew that it would help me in life, as I struggle a lot with my emotions, especially negative ones. I just wanted to show you guys my ESSA. I don’t even know what he is. My boyfriend got him at a carnival a while back and gave him to me. His face is a bit tilted from his ears and the rest of his body, but I love that about him. His little tongue is adorable. He is very floppy and ragdoll-like, which makes him great for cuddling. I wanted to share this with yall!!
Can y’all help me think of some names for him? I have no idea where to even start with finding a name. I want to find one that really fits him. Thanks!! ^^

QUICK PSA: yes this is a old account before we found out were a system, it was run by our old hosts Wilbur and Finn, but now its run by us all :3 expect many infodumps about our systems and experiences <3
System Details under the cut
Our system is made up of subsystems! We have 11 (i think idek atp) and each are mostly separate from the main/bodies system
The Archipelago Burrow: The main/bodies system, made up of around 30 members, first alters that split or that have stayed in this system since formation. Not many front front this system anymore, mostly made up of traumaholders and very little fragments.
The Michaels: Made up of 3 members, split from Michael, Michxel is the alter that split off and one other who they dont know well. Michxel fronts often, Michael doesnt anymore.
Snow Wing System: there was around 160 alters before a system reset happened, but just because the system reset to around 9 alters didnt mean the others went anywhere, so ae created aer own system, now made up of the 160 alters. Ae sometimes front but not often
Kaleidoscope Cluster: The first big subsystem to split knowingly. They are a introject of a friends system (whom we missed so much they showed up, this is a common theme with us) around 300 members, they dont front to often but show up sometimes
Cowboy Col.: After Kaleidoscope showed up so did the ex that gave us ptsd's system. We figured they were around for a while but they actually showed up and scared us to death, only 1 alter has fronted from this system so far. Around 300 alters
Spiderverse Col.: Kaleidoscope was lonely so they created Spiderverse to be their partner sys, only 30 members and they front sometimes, mostly with Kaleidoscope.
Aether Amalgam: Ever heard of the youtube channel Acrylic and Aether? Well we introjected her (Aether) system too. Weve watched their content for around 2 years and the hyperfixation won- Over 1k members, They front a lot. They are also siblings with Kaleidoscope :3. Their host Aether has been around in TAB for around 2 year now but only recently told us about his system, sideblog is @aether-sys
Travelers: Not really a subsystem but moreso a collection of alters who can travel between systems/dont belong to one set system. This is a very fluid thing for us considering how long weve been plural and how many alters weve had for so long, Those from this collection front a lot.
That was just them main dudes and theres more systems that don't care to front/arent comfortable being online so i left them out. Our plurality is weird and complex lmao :']

Naturesoul/naturanimae
Here are all informations about alterhuman term naturesoul (or naturanimae). I hope this term will become one of the official alterhuman terms, along with flag and symbol, will appear in alterhuman and otherkin wikis one day and will help those who can't really identify with all these terms that already exist. If you can reblog this post or share with others, I would be really grateful, I hope more beings will recognize this and there will be beings that identify as naturesoul. :)

Definition:
Naturesoul or naturanimae (from latin: naturae = nature + animae = soul, can be translated as "natural soul") is alterhuman term (label) for souls who can't feel full connection with their physical bodies.
Soul is primordial/basic living being that is in every physical creature, soul is that living being, with personality and memories, and creatures are physical bodies in different shapes, they can't live without souls, but souls can live without physical body. There is one soul in one body.
Naturesoul identify as souls in human bodies, not humans, they are aware of being just souls and because of that they can't identify as any other beings. They feel disconnection with current physical incarnation and can see it as "clothes" for soul, they can see possibility in being in any body, as any physical creature, physical form isn't that important, or they can prefer some specific body or parts from other physical creatures which they like or they were in previous incarnation (similar to otherlink, but they still not identify as that creature, they still identify as souls). Can also feel spiritual connection between them and nature, their beliefs can be connected to nature and feels as part of nature. In the same time they can partially identify with any creature's characteristics from their previous incarnations in which they felt good, for example as soul they can feel connection with cats (similar to otherhearted), they also can miss qualities they had in previous incarnations such as flying (bird incarnation) or walking on four legs etc. So they can feel some connection in different ways with their previous incarnation.
Contrary to popular belief that soul has no gender, naturesoul can identify with any gender identities (because of previous incarnations or experiences), but agender and gender neutral can be frequent, can use any pronouns. They can experiencing dysphoria because of disconnection with human body or any gender identities they feel, also can be genitalfluid/sexfluid which can be related with seeying their body just as "clothes". Naturesoul can be any sexuality and romantic orientation.

Important note:
Naturesoul can feel connection with creatures from their previous incarnations, they can miss some characteristics and qualities of creatures they were in the past, they even can have their own preferences about what body they want to have, but they can't identify in the same time as any other creatures. Naturesoul can't be combined with other alterhuman terms, this is separate identity which, due to its specificity, doesn't allow you to identify with something else at the same time. If someone identify with something else and at the same time feels spiritual identity, it's probably soulkin, not naturesoul.

this is a weird first post, as it isn't something i usually dwell on... but I want to take it off my chest. i have been questioning alterhumanity for just a couple of days, so it hasn't sunk in whether i should be worried about this. nonetheless, i want opinions and comments. i don't want to 'fake alterhumanity' or mislabel myself, and that's why i'm posting this.

i don't know how long this has happened for, but sometimes i get random urges. sometimes, i so want to run. run as fast as i want to, as far as i want to, whenever and wherever i want to... but not in a 'normal' way. i want to plop down on all fours and run on my paws. i don't know if it's a want, but sometimes it feels like a need. i don't know if i'm exaggerating either, as i haven't felt like this in a couple of weeks. i usually solve this urge by doing quadrobics, but it doesn't feel like enough. i want to be able to comfortably move around on all fours. i want to be able to walk, trot, canter, run, and sprint on my non-existent paws.
this might sound weird, but i also love barking. hah. i want to be able to woof, ruff, bark, whine, howl, growl, meow, yowl and all of that shabang. that's why i do vocals. i enjoy doing vocals. i've actually taught some of my friends how to make animal noises, which i find silly.
anyhow, ill probably post a more clearer message on these 'urges' when i get one.
i have no clue if these urges are actually important and have to be worried about, but for now they are harmless and do not mess with my day-to-day life. i have no clue if these urges are just me loving quadrobics and vocals so much or smth.

what’s a linktype?
• uhm a linktype is a nonhuman identity you choose to identify as. the reason you choose to identify as said creature can be whatever, some people do for coping or for fun.. but just because you chose that identity it doesn't mean is less important that involuntary identities.
• the equivalent of otherlink for fiction is called fictionlink
• some people say linkers (people who have linktypes) are KFF but i disagree, because KFF people are usually ignorant about the kinmmunity
• well at least that's how i would define it, as a person with linktypes.
