Quiet Love [Prompt#3]

Severus is in love with Harry for a while, for a very long time.

But Severus didn't do anything about it. Besides the bloke is already happy with his boyfriend and his godson, Draco.

It was enough for Severus to see someone he loves happy even though he isn't the one who makes him happy.

But it hurt, it hurt so much to see him in the arms of others.

He keeps quiet. It isn't like he had a voice to voice his pain, his love.

Besides who is insane enough to leave a perfect partner for scarred half disabled mute men?

If only he didn't know that Harry and Draco are together.

If only he didn't think it was a good idea to finally present his love in a single flower of white lily that he found in the forbidden forest.

If only he didn't see Harry and Draco kissing in the hallway with Harry's arms filled with a giant bouquet of imported red roses that his godson gave him.

How can his flower compete with that?

Prompt #1

Harry is a ghost student. Not LITERALLY but that student who anyone never pays attention to, an easily forgotten presence. No one really knows him or even remembers his name. The most attention that Harry gets is when he heard someone asking their friends in a whisper who is he and if they have ever seen him before (The answer is always a solid no) or a teacher read his name in a surprise tone (They always forgot about him EVERY.TIME)

It wasn't until an unfortunate accident befall him (A stray curse that put him in a deep sleep) that everyone start to really pay attention to him and actually realise his presence but a certain potion master. He actually notices Harry's presence long before anyone else which surprised even Harry himself.

Harry was born with a curse that makes his presence go unnoticed and drives people to just don't want to get to know him even if they have a desire to know him (A/N: Even for me who really love to not be in a center of attention of any kind, find this a step too far.) Somehow this doesn't affect Severus and they become fast friends and meet each other on the top of the astronomy tower every night, developing something more between them. Though that is not all of it. After all, nothing is what it seems.

Prompt #4

Severus was afraid to love because when he loved he killed someone.

First was his mother, his father saw his love as something he could exploit and went too far leaving nothing but proof that he shouldn't love.

The second time was Regulus, who only joined the death eater rank because he was in it and got killed.

Third, his relatives are more like a family than his own family. They died in a death eater raid that was a 'gift' to him for being loyal and they said Severus didn't need them holding him back.

Fourth, Lily. If he didn't love proofing himself like an idiot, maybe his once friend would still be alive.

Finally, Albus Dumbledore. If he didn't love that old meddling coot to the bottom of his heart, he would never have had the guts to kill him as he requested.

After Albus Severus thought 'no, no more love' and thought that was it but the world likes giving their cruellest joke and shows him Harry, another person he desperately would and could not love but his heart said otherwise.

Will Harry be his sixth victim to his love curse or will Severus be spared of heartache and get all the love he deserves

Birdnest Tamer

Severus is worried, it's already past nine and Harry still hasn't emerged from their bedroom which really unusual since he knows Harry is an early riser. So he decides to check on Harry and he didn't know whether he going to laugh out loud or just quietly watch Harry as he tried to tame his hair that was more untameable this morning.

Harry already hates his day and he even hasn't really begun it yet. He looked at his annoying bird nest of his from the mirror as tried to tame it as he prays that it won't take too long because he wanted to make a very special breakfast for Severus after he spend a long night in his lab.

Prompt#6

Once upon a time Severus and James got together, Severus even proposed to James and for a while they were fiancés. Then James broke it all off because all of these are just one-night stands that went too far and he just said yes because he took pity on Severus. All this time James actually had been cheating with Lily, that's why Severus hated James so much.

Years later, Severus falls in love with Harry and the feeling is returned but he is so afraid that what happened to him and James will be repeated or Harry will hate him forever because he used to be James' fiance and would have thought that Severus just used him for revenge.
