For you, @hayleynicolew once again, and for you Serena, and lastly for team 🐛 @houseofsnarry I know I’m very late and the race is over but hey! Why not one last drabble? So here it is! I have a very different idea when I began this (Harry coming home late lately, Severus fears that Harry might be cheating, turns out Harry had been helping a small group on a worm campaign 😂) however it just didn’t sit right in my mind so I scrap it and this write instead 😅 Wordplay for the win!

Prompt#9

Severus and Harry are soulmates. James and Lily aren't happy about it so James called for life debt forcing Severus to act hateful and unkind, any attempt of saying nice things will instantly turn malicious to Harry to the point that drove out Harry and Harry basically gave up to be with Severus and didn't want anything to do with him should Harry decide for some reason to pursue Severus. Severus couldn't tell in any shape or form about this and the only way to be with Harry was if somehow he could make Harry forgive him and want to be with him after Harry didn't want anything with Severus at all.

After Severus managed to drive Harry out and become the subject of everyone's hate because he hurt Harry. Severus couldn’t take it anymore and tried to take his own life. The spell around the astronomy tower saved him, however since the spell is old and waning it only managed to put him in a coma. Harry driven by his curiosity about why Severus wants to kill himself and the guilt of everyone who pushes Severus to this point set on a mission to discover the reasoning behind his suicide and perhaps find a way to wake Severus up from his magical coma.

Severus was found as a traitor and Harry was captured. Angry with both, Voldemort erased their memory, emotionally attached them together through some dark spells and made them be his pets and I mean literally pets. They were kept in cells if The Dark Lord didn't need them to amuse him (or torture them when they were 'misbehaving'). Harry and Severus only know their names and roughly what their pasts were because they overheard the death eaters talking about it. Later they were rescued from the place The Dark Lord was hiding when it was raided by the order after his downfall. Now Harry and Severus had to navigate this whole new world, weary of every familiar stranger who kept saying they are here to help.

Quiet Love [Prompt#3]

Severus is in love with Harry for a while, for a very long time.

But Severus didn't do anything about it. Besides the bloke is already happy with his boyfriend and his godson, Draco.

It was enough for Severus to see someone he loves happy even though he isn't the one who makes him happy.

But it hurt, it hurt so much to see him in the arms of others.

He keeps quiet. It isn't like he had a voice to voice his pain, his love.

Besides who is insane enough to leave a perfect partner for scarred half disabled mute men?

If only he didn't know that Harry and Draco are together.

If only he didn't think it was a good idea to finally present his love in a single flower of white lily that he found in the forbidden forest.

If only he didn't see Harry and Draco kissing in the hallway with Harry's arms filled with a giant bouquet of imported red roses that his godson gave him.

How can his flower compete with that?

The question has been repeated in my mind countless times, still been asked over and over again even after he knows why. Denials can do that to you.

Is this it?

Is this how he will go? By hopeless love to someone that so unreachable.

There is only one way to find out, as roots, branches, and flowers stuffing his lung, making his breath shorter every minute passes, taking his life force at the same pace.
