Have you heard of this project against selfharm? If not, here are the rules:

I do not only think about cutting but selfharm in general and I don't only think of the wrist. No matter where, it is not allowed to hurt yourself until the butterfly natural fainted.

So now I want you all to draw a butterfly on your wrist. This butterfly is me (if you want so) and if you harm yourself, I will be hurt, too.
