genuinely thank you, everyone who has asked me to do their folk song's history :)

this is like enrichment for my enclosure, i love doing it.

it may not seem like it, but writing these silly tumblr posts and doing the research takes many hours. i am planning on doing a rundown for everyone who asks, but if it takes a bit, don't worry, i promise I'll get to it !

also me: reading old boring newspapers for 3 hours just to see if one guy mentions one song one time a year before the folk song is dated as being published.

this song is so laid back and soft compared to every other woody song, i didn't even recognize it at first?

it feels really vulnerable and sad. Honestly, i haven't heard anything else like it by him.
