I don't know much about color names, but I can show you which eye color I prefer to do.

It seems to me that this eye color gives him more fatigue and irritability.

South Korean Hellsing fandom had a mf INTERNET WAR over The doc's eye color. (Shit was brutal)

Light brown? or Dark green?

Light brown Team: It is the most common eye color of Europeans. (Include German/Aryan) (Historical approach + "We already have a green eye character; Luke.")

Dark green Team: Luke is bright green; The doc has a really dark eye color with a slight green tone over it. Generally speaking, blonde and green eyes really go well together. (Color theoretical approach + someone used photoshop to alter the brightness and it really looked like a dark green eye over the yellowy glasses.)

If The doc's eye color is somewhat middle and color of "olive", then... what olive color would be??

I need a more specific answer... Damn Hirano-sense!! He really doesn't give a fuck about his creations. He just wants to keep pushing the story. (He said that he only enjoys drawing cool 'poses' not the actual characters.)
