He has Bipolar, Mental illness - HE Crossed The US Board at the Peace Bridge at 11:08 Dec 10th (he is Canadian & American) HE Has NO PHONE on HIM (I found it on his bed at home)- He is driving his car & did not take his wallet. - No License, insurance card, no bank card to get money. - I am scared for his safety & his life.
