Partnerships Are Powerful! We See Them All The Time In The Business World Where Major Companies Partner

Partnerships are powerful! We see them all the time in the business world where major companies partner with other companies to accomplish things they could not have done on their own. For example, Boeing makes jets, but they partner with companies that make jet engines so with both working together, planes are able to fly.
Who you choose to partner with will determine how successful you will be. This is especially true in choosing a marriage partner, where the wrong choice can be a tragic disaster while the right person can be the biggest blessing. The same thing can be said for any endeavor we undertake in life.
Imagine you were setting out on an important project and had the chance to partner with any one of the most powerful or richest people in the world! What would that mean to how successful your project would be?
Well if you are a believer, follower, and disciple of Christ, you already have the very best partner you could possibly have!
The Bible says “With God, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE” and that is because God wants you to succeed and prosper in all you set out to do…but here’s the catch…
Friend, God wants to partner with you, but in order to be successful in this partnership, let Him lead! While we are co-laborers with God, your success is GUARANTEED when you fly with God as your SENIOR PARTNER!

The word 'personal,' means something dedicated specifically to YOU.
In a gym a personal trainer can help get your body into shape, and a personal shopper can cover you with a wardrobe that fits you, but despite this acceptance of personal this-or-that (like Personal Computer) the phrase “Christ as Personal Saviour” seems silly or makes no sense. However this makes perfect sense — and here’s why...
The reason Christ came was to not just to free the entire world from the consequences of sin, but for the sins of you as a person INDIVIDUALLY — and that’s where the PERSONAL part comes in. So just as your personal trainer helps tone your body, and your personal shopper helps dress you, Christ as your Personal Saviour redeems your body from eternal death and covers you with His Righteousness.
Friend, there is nothing more personal that you can have than having Christ saving your soul. If you have not yet done so, make today the day of your salvation and receive and accept Christ to be your PERSONAL SAVIOUR.

n today’s volatile world, we never know what calamity or catastrophe might happen next. But with such uncertainty about an unpredictable future should we be frightened?
The answer is NO — and here’s why…
Jesus warns us in Matthew chapter 24 that just like the time before the great flood, people would be living life to the fullest amidst a time so full of evil that the world would have to be destroyed. All had a chance to escape into the safety of the ark — But That Time Was Limited. Then the Bible says “…the door to the ark was shut” (Genesis 7:16) and those taken away were SAVED in time, but those left behind were LOST in Borrowed Time.
The Bible says that those that enter into the safety of the ark of salvation by seeing, heeding, and redeeming these evil times will be taken up in a supernatural event called “The Rapture.” This event can and will happen at ANY TIME, and while you’re still alive, you are on Borrowed Time. However, God is gracious, merciful and compassionate toward sinners! His great gifts to humanity are Grace & Mercy, and TIME to repent, TIME to believe in Him and His Son, and TIME to make a decision to do so. While His patience is long suffering — But Be Forewarned! the time that you are now living in is BORROWED TIME.
Friend, as today’s scripture verse reminds us, God is indeed slow to anger and loving, but he won’t wait for you forever. We all have only so much time left and it is indeed borrowed time.
If you have not given your life to Jesus, please do it NOW. He is waiting on you to make the most important decision you will ever make. Your time is currently borrowed.
Don’t let your time run out.

The difficult part for people that have been deceived is that they don’t realize that they have been deceived, and even more difficult is convincing them they Are Deceived.
You see, TRUTH is truth, and that means it’s not what you think is truth, what someone is telling you is truth, or what everybody else believes is truth. It is not determined by popular vote, popular culture, or popular movements. When what is believed to be truth is not true, it is a LIE, and once you believe the lie, you are and have been deceived, and in fact so well deceived that it becomes a lie to believe that you have been deceived.
If that is the case, how is it possible to know what is true and not a lie? And the answer is 'Consider The Source.'
Jesus said a good tree puts out good fruit, but a bad tree evil fruit. Jesus also said that Satan is “The Father of LIES” and that he does not stand for truth nor is there any truth in him. If you want to tell truth from lies, look at the people, principles and practices that surround that idea. Are they Good & Righteous? Productive & Profitable? Are they bearing forth fruits of peace and wholeness - or diversity and division?
Friend, if you are deceived, the only way you can see truth is to turn your ears to the father of truth, and away from the father of lies.
This short message can’t do that, but you can if you decide to change your mind about what you believe and why you believe it.
There is a reliable source of truth out there, and it is from the tree that always bears GOOD FRUIT.
Seek the fruit from that tree, and you’ll always find THE TRUTH. (John 10:10)

In the classic movie 'The Wizard of Oz,' Dorothy, trembling as she approaches the wizard says, “I am Dorothy, the small and meek,” and like Wally Cox and other feeble characters since then, meekness has always been equated with weakness — but that is not what Jesus means and in fact it means the exact opposite.
The Greek definition is 'gentle,' but a deeper understanding is that of having Patient Restraint. Notice that Jesus not so coincidentally associates meekness here with the YOKE, which implies the harnessing of a powerful animal.
A race horse, while domesticated and carefully trained patiently restrains strength until the racing gate flies open and they explode in power.
True meekness is actually POWER UNDER CONTROL.
Jesus later promises in the Beatitudes that “The MEEK shall inherit the earth,” and he is speaking of the time when those that have patiently endured the trials of the tribulation shall live with Christ in the Millinium. These are those who have faithfully persevered, waiting to finally find and enjoy the 'Rest In Their Souls' that Jesus promises to the faithful.
Friend, we are called not to be weak in this life, but like a champion race horse, to patiently apply the power that we have as the Lord’s co-workers by “taking His yoke upon us.”
Endure the trials and race of this life in MEEKNESS, not weekness!

A Letter Written To And Answered by BILLY GRAHAM
DEAR MRS. S.J.: God will provide us with everything we need to be happy in Heaven -- and if animals are necessary to make us completely happy there, you can be confident He will arrange for them to be with us.
Some Bible scholars have pointed out that the Bible suggests there may be animals in Heaven -- but without the aggressiveness and dangers that are part of their lives now. The prophet Isaiah saw God’s coming Kingdom as a place of absolute peace, where even animals that had once been enemies will be friends. He wrote, (Isaiah 11:6).
Over the years, my wife and I have had many pets, and I understand your grief; we are always sad when they die. I sometimes wonder, however, if God isn’t using them to remind us of a far greater reality -- and that is the reality of our own deaths. Life is brief, and it can end in an instant. The Bible says there is "a time to be born, and a time to die" (Ecclesiastes 3:2).
That is why we must never take life for granted, but see every minute as a gift from God to be used for His glory. And if we aren’t sure of our eternal destiny, now is the time to be sure by making our commitment to Christ.
