So everyone presumes that the person behind her is the shadow king and i believe so as well. Then we have bree using purple magic and red magic probably root and the purple magic might be some sort of mix between her root and aether. I think we will know after we read the book.

She isn't running from the SK behind her bcs her legs would not be like that if she were. Now they are closed and crossed.

We can also see her bloodmark flaring! So im sure we will explore that topic as well in the book. And of course the white string of hair from Arthur. This doesn't necessarily mean that much is going to be said about him since this is literally just her appearance now, but i do think at least a few things will be said about him bcs he's simply a big topic.

On Bree's leg is a sheathed dagger, so, yay ig she will be using a dagger mainly instead of excalibur cause that's somewhere in england rn.

Now about the SK in the back, i think he's displayed like that because bree has powers now (root & purple ¿aether?) but he still seems like he's pulling the strings the way he dooms up behind her. Its a very common position for someone in power example:

This makes me think that Bree will NOT be free from the SK this book, at least not completely. But to not have it become bland and just pure training, im sure we will get some typa pov to let us know what's going on with nick/ the order and that bree is going to go to some places with or without the SK too.

Then i think in book 4 she will escape the SK at some point, or maybe she escapes at the end of book 3 with a cliffhanger, but anyhow, she escapes some way and she will prepare for the epic end battle and then ofc she wins because yay! I'm just scared for who's gonna die. I hope no one dies. But. You never know. Especially her being a jjk fan 👁️
