people say folks with adhd struggle with "delayed rewards" aka long term goals and as such we tend to focus more on short term rewards. what they don't talk about is that at when we Do accomplish long term goals we don't actually feel anything proportionate to the amount of work we did to achieve it. In my head I suffered for a while and then money spontaneously appeared in my bank account.

rewatched the doctordonna special and something else caught my attention—1666.

mavity in 1666 and a christmas special all about numbers and coincidences?? come oooooon. there's more to this. way more.

plus the doctor does say gravity again after newton, when they're in the cockpit (?) for the first time and looking out the front window. he says "gravity well", then donna goes what and he corrects it to mavity.

but fifteen uses mavity without any glitches so by then the doctor has grown used to it too.

some additional notes:

the meep talked about "the boss", you don't throw something like that in and then never bring it up again.

the toymaker mentioned one player he doesn't dare face, the one who waits.

while he was folding the toymaker also said his "legions" are coming, which could have been a last ditch attempt to save himself, but i have a gut feeling there's more to it.

someone picked up the gold teeth aka the master

take all that and then reality ripping and changing with fifteen being the only one to remember the original reality and you get one HELL of a season.
