This might be unnecessary, but I'd like to provide another view on this. T-cest is harmful to the mental health of lots of people, myself included (this could include PTSD, C-PTSD, etc for those who have had to deal with that stuff IRL). Cass' comic is comforting for tons of fans, and it's so, so nice to see healthy sibling dynamics and relationships. Seeing or even thinking about it being twisted in that way can be very distressing. I don't think people realize that it's not the people shipping that are harmful, it's the ships themselves. You're allowed to ship whatever you want, but please recognize the fact that the ships you might like could be mentally harmful to those around you.

Why did you put up a dni? I've seen the practice around this fandom along with some really horrid insults and threats, and I don't get it. I personally haven't seen anyone who ships t-cest push it onto anyone who doesn't like it and I've only seen respectful interactions. You can do whatever you want, of course, and to respect your wishes I wont read your comic anymore. I simply wanted to understand because your comic has gotten me through a really rough patch in my life and I wish I could still read it

I did this because in the last few weeks I've been running into more and more people who think my comic has tcest and I am supporting tcest in general. And since I've done literally nothing for it, I think someone is spreading rumors that I'm a tcester? Which is deeply uncomfortable for me.
