In the first part, Sanji is asking, "Sheesh, what's your problem?" to which Law responds flatly, "I'm on my period, that's what." In the second part, Sanji looks surprised and goes, "Wait, seriously?" Law, who looks less annoyed and more tired now, simply says, "Yeah." Sanji then says, "Oh. Sorry. Need anything?" and Law responds, after a pause, "...Ibuprofen. And lots of it."
