Kazumaji gift giving headcanons

Kiryu has difficulty expressing excitement in the same way Majima does. Initially this upsets Majima because he thinks his gifts aren't good enough, but eventually he comes to learn how Kiryu reacts and knows that he's got the right gift when Kiryu cracks a smile

Majima finds it hard to accept gifts, but secretly gets incredibly giddy about them. Over time he lets himself show this happier more vulnerable side to himself to Kiryu

As an addendum that's more of a nitpick than anything, I am surprised and mildly irritated at the amount of people pronouncing the H in his last name. Though this is coming from somebody who has a silent letter in their last name that throws people wildly off target and has grown to resent it as a result (though in my case it's an obscure name that nobody says right to begin with and in the original language it's still different).

Every time I watch a video essay or LP on SH4, someone comments on Henry's... lack of affect and odd choices. While yes at its core it's really just a writing issue, I feel like a lot of people overlook that the man has been trapped in his apartment for nearly a week with naught but an empty wine bottle and some choccy milk in his fridge, along with recurring nightmares every time he sleeps so he's probably not well-rested either.
