It's answered in the pinned, but no, Mommyclan does not have a leader or deputy atm. There is a lore reason for this, if anyone's curious: Here.

Biome is undecided right now. Though personally i think it's more fun to leave the biome up for interpretation so anyone can do what they want with it.
