Okay, So, For A Little Context, @drawthething Once Asked Me What Wedding I Think Gene Would Have. And

Okay, so, for a little context, @drawthething once asked me what wedding I think Gene would have. And I decided that he would have a huge, jungle-themed wedding. And in my opinion, he might even be the only Belcher who would want to have a huge, stereotypical wedding with a gigantic reception and after-party and everything, the whole shebang.
Okay, obviously, Louise wouldn't want to have a huge, stereotypical wedding like Gene would. If she even gets married at all (I could honestly see her being one of those types who never gets married to her partner and they just date forever, and leave the government out of their relationship) she would have a very simple, lowkey wedding with just a few people in attendance. Sort of like Bob and Linda's. And I could even see Tina, the hopeless romantic, wanting something a little more lowkey for her wedding. She would definitely have one, but I could see her just having a nice, simple ceremony at a chapel or something.
But anyway, like I said, Gene would be the opposite. He would want everyone who he's even given a passing glance at his wedding. He'd want the whole world to know he's devoting his life to his special someone. And of course, Sergeant Bosco would somehow be there too and would get super drunk and try to arrest a fern. That isn't that relevant, but it would definitely happen at Gene's wedding.
Gene would be the one that Linda would sew a huge wedding dress for, and the entire family would be very excited for him, and also very emotional. All in all, it would be a beautiful wedding.
And Gloria and Al aren't invited. Also not that relevant, but it would also definitely happen in my eyes. They're not allowed.
[ID]: Digital fanart of a slightly older Gene from Bob's Burgers. He is standing with a huge smile on his face, with his hair tied into an intricate bun. His arms are crossed on his chest, with his hands resting there, and he is wearing a beautiful, ornate wedding dress with a few layers. It is a classic white color as well. He is standing in front of a complicated, jungle-themed background, with tables that have all sorts of tropical plants in the vases. Many lights are hanging from the ceiling, which is complemented by even more tropical plants coming down from the ceiling. It can be assumed that he's getting married.

Character asks: Gene!
Thank you so much, Nikki!! 🥹❣️
First impression: I feel as if my first impression of Gene was just... very normal, haha. I was incredibly normal about my favorite guy at first (blasphemous, I know). But overtime, he grew on me so much. I remember the exact moment when he did, too. It was during the episode Best Burger, specifically the moment where he's running to get the black garlic to Bob. That was the moment I became 🥺 for Gene. Ever since then, he has become my favorite.
Impression now: I love him so flipping much. He has so much depth to him. He's so sweet, has so much love in his heart, and is a great musician. What more could you ask for in a character??
Favorite moment: Probably the moment I mentioned before when he was getting the Black Garlic to Bob. There was just something about the way he apologized to Bob that almost made me cry. I wanted to run up and hug him so bad and tell him he's not a screw-up and doing so well.
Idea for a story: I would love to write a story where he struggles with school, or just some other task because of undiagnosed ADHD. It makes him feel inadequate, but he's assured by everyone that he's doing the best he can and that he shouldn't be too hard on himself. Preferably by Bob.
Unpopular opinion: I don't know if this is exactly an unpopular opinion, but he is not annoying. At least not all of the time. Besides, he's an eleven-year-old boy, what did you expect?? He adds so much to the show that a lot of people don't even give him credit for. Saying he should be killed off is absolutely insane. He's so sweet, what did he ever do to these people on Reddit?? Okay, got a little off-track there, but still.
Favorite relationship: Not sure if this means romantic or platonic, but for platonic, it's definitely his father/son relationship with Bob. It's always so sweet to see, because Bob is so dang protective of Gene, in ways that aren't always obvious. I adore him putting Gene's needs over his own by taking Gene outside in The Laser-Inth. Or when they went trapeze-ing together in V For Valentine-Detta and he was there to calm Gene down when Gene was freaking out. Side note, Bob is actually great at helping Gene manage anxiety, it's so adorable to see.
Favorite headcanon: @drawthethingdoppelganger actually came up with this one!! She came up with this super adorable headcanon that Gene wrote a song about the mole on Bob's back, but it just shows how much he loves Bob❣️
MR FISCHOEDER! For the ask game
I'm predictable can't help it
Ooooooh, this is a fun one!!
First impression: I think I've always liked Mr. Fischoeder. He always gave off such hilarious vibes. He's always been the kooky, eccentric landlord that the Belchers enjoy, but also are a bit scared of because they keep missing out on the rent, ahahaha. But I've always found him very funny and entertaining to watch.
Impression now: I think Mr. Fischoeder is very funny, and such a great character to explore. He's voiced wonderfully by Kevin Kline, and I honestly just can't get enough of him. He's great. I hope we get even more of him and Felix because that would be wonderful.
Favorite moment: It's so hard to choose, but one of my favorites was his song in Roamin' Bob-Iday because his calling himself a "big, sexy boy" is iconic. And that moment in the movie where he and Felix are stuck in the submarine, and he mentions their dead cousin Baxter, and how despite being dead, he's somehow still worse than Grover, in his opinion. Comedy gold. Also, it's very sweet how he helped the Belchers escape, he genuinely cares about them so much 🥺 Also, the entirety of What A (April Fool) Believes is so funny. His strange, homo-erotic tension with Bob is incredible. Oooh, oooh, also, his song in Nice-Capades is so iconic and hilarious. His entire role in that episode was iconic, actually.
Idea for a story: @br1ghtestlight started making this super fun and interesting fic where Mr. Fischoeder offers the Belchers some free rent if Bob goes on a (sort of) date with him. His reasons for wanting to go on a (sort of) date with Bob are that he simply wants to experience what it's like to go on a date with another man, as he grew up in a society where homosexuality was still quite taboo. He wanted to do something that he knew would make his father roll in his grave, pfffffft. It's just a super interesting idea, and it really deepens his character in a really nice way.
Unpopular opinion: I actually don't know if I have any unpopular opinions about Mr. Fischoeder?? Maybe just that I want to see him more, but there are barely any characters whom I wouldn't say that about.
Favorite relationship: His dynamic with Bob is so flipping hilarious, it gets me every single time. He clearly has some strange, one-sided crush on Bob, which Bob obviously doesn't really reciprocate because he and Linda are soulmates. But he does still indulge Mr. Fischoeder on occasion, which is so funny to see.
Favorite headcanon: That he's not straight. I mean, look at this man. He is 1,000% not straight. I could totally see him being either Bi or Gay and having a ton of Comphet because of the society he grew up in. That would honestly be pretty plausible. But for some reason, I do want to lean more into him being Bi, because I could still see him genuinely enjoying being with women. He does seem very Cis, though, he gives off a lot of Cis Male vibes for some reason.
Also, also, Jimmy Jr
Woohoo!! The only boy ever, the dancing queen himself, Jimmy Jr. I'm lowkey sweating a bit because I want to do your favorite boy justice.
First impression: I was very normal about Jimmy Jr. at first (please don't come for me--) I just didn't have a very strong opinion about him. I thought he was funny, and a decent love interest for Tina, but I didn't think much of him. I did think the whole Romeo & Juliet thing he had going on with Tina was pretty great, but other than that, I was pretty normal about him.
Impression now: I hope you know you've made me appreciate him so much more, and now I find myself randomly thinking about him. I think he's an interesting character to analyze, especially when it comes to his daddy issues with Jimmy Pesto Sr., And analyzing how he expresses himself through dance is really fun. He's quite a relatable character. You've given me brainrot, DT, I hope you're happy, pffffffft.
Favorite moment: One of my absolute favorite quotes in the entire show actually is "DON'T TELL ME NOT TO DANCE, DAD!! 😤" I kid you not, it makes me wheeze every time. And the moment when he takes Tina out on a date to Fro-Yo Mama in What A (April Fool) Believes is so sweet (awesome frozen yogurt shop name, by the way).
Idea for a story: Ooooooh, maybe a story that delves deep into his daddy issues with Jimmy Pesto Sr. would be great. Or one that delves deep into his relationship with his mom, because we haven't seen her yet. Though, I would also love to see something centered around his relationship with Andy and Ollie. We need more Pesto Brothers lore!!
Unpopular opinion: Oh my god, what are some people's problems with Jimmy Jr.?? Why can't we all just get along and appreciate his weird, wonderful dancing?? I swear, every time he appears, it stirs up some sort of controversy within the community, and frankly, I'm so tired of it. He's a great character, and I will not hear otherwise. He's thirteen and doesn't treat her that much badly than Zeke. I said it!!
Favorite relationship: I love his relationship with Zeke, it's hilarious. I still keep thinking about when he wanted to catch a chicken nugget in his mouth in the movie and Zeke was helping him. That was great. However, I do love analyzing his relationship with Tina. The two of them are so fun and chaotic together. I will say, @babsvibes said it best, but one of my favorite aspects about their relationship, whether romantic or platonic, is that Jimmy Jr. loves it when Tina is mean, and she can get mean. Their stupid competition on who can run the fastest during The Gene Mile?? I love it. And it goes to show that Tina can be just as mean to J Ju as he can be to her. It's mutual 😌
Favorite headcanon: Jimmy Jr. is a redhead and I will not hear otherwise. DT, ever since you began drawing him with red hair, I've been so obsessed. Now every time I've drawn him (which honestly hasn't been enough, I want to draw him again) I always make him a redhead. It just works so well!! I like to think him and Andy and Ollie all got their hair from their mom. I'm really glad that he didn't inherit Jimmy Pesto Sr.'s butt chin--
Character Asks: Alex
Ooh, this is an interesting one!!
First impression: I actually can't really remember what my first impression of Alex was?? I think it was pretty normal. I thought it was quite nice that Gene found a friend his age to hang out with. And he's voiced by Thomas Middleditch.
Impression now: I like Alex!! I feel as if I'm a bit neutral about him. I do like the friendship he's cultivated with Gene over the years, and I hope they continue to develop him as a character. I'm just hoping that he gets more time to shine and be his own person. That would be great.
Favorite moment: Probably when he dragged Gene outside and they sat in his lil' hideout in the woods, and poor Gene just wanted to go back home. I don't know why, but I found the fact that Alex so intricately planned a hideaway spot for if he ran away so funny?? Though I wish he didn't scare poor Gene so much.
Idea for a story: Maybe Alex can have a whole episode to himself a la The Amazing Rudy to really flesh out his character and make him more interesting. Maybe it can really focus on what his home life is like and his relationship with his parents. Maybe it can even reveal he has an older sibling who's already moved away and he feels as if he's in their shadow or something. It's definitely an idea worth considering!!
Unpopular opinion: Whilst I do think Alex has potential, and I don't want him scrapped as a character entirely, I do understand why @br1ghtestlight said he could've easily been replaced with Peter Pescadero as Gene's guy friend. Those two already have music to bond over. Also, sorry Galex shippers, but I just don't ship Galex that much?? I think it's really cute platonically, but I just haven't been able to get into it romantically.
Favorite relationship: Probably him and Courtney. I don't know why, but I can see Alex and Courtney getting together more than Gene and Alex?? I think it's solely because of their dynamic in Roller? I Hardly Know Her!
Favorite headcanon: I actually have no idea. Does anyone have any good Alex headcanons?? If so, I'd love to hear 'em!!

What's this?? Another piece already?? I know, it's crazy!!
But I just had the absolute pleasure of doing a Roudise/Louwheeze Comm for @sailoreuterpe as a very special gift to @devilh0rnsinc and @ltwharfy!! It's as a sort of thank you for being the captains of the Roudise ship and running such a wonderful Roudise Week back in December, and to get back at that horrible anon who sent Devil that awful message.
But on a lighter note, this piece was an absolute blast to work on. Nikki chose my simple sketch style, so I ended up going a bit extra and doing some simple monochromatic coloring and shading for her at no extra cost. I thought it would make it even cuter and give it even more of a romantic vibe. I decided it would be a very cute concept to have the two of them kissing, but Rudy is actually wearing Louise's bunny ears, as a symbol of how much they trust each other now. And I also thought it would be cute if Rudy was sort of getting even with Louise for her surprise kiss in Bob, Actually, and giving Louise a surprise kiss.
[ID]: Digital fanart of Rudy and Louise from Bob's Burgers. They are shown from the waist up and kissing in a side view. Rudy is wearing Louise's iconic bunny ear hat, and his eye is closed in contentment. Louise's eye is wide open with surprise. Her hair looks quite fluffy and is still in its usual pigtails. She is also wearing a sweater. There is some pink/yellow monochromatic coloring, giving off a romantic vibe.
