Where as a therianthrope you realize that no non-therian individual and no animal will ever “get you fully” because of how you’re constantly walking the line between human and animal experience.

Therian things

Things I think I should to be able to do:

Call myself a wolf therian.

To discuss therianthropy with other people and share my experiences.

To in my free time, in appropriate contexts (such as in my own home) do wolfish things like walking on all fours, growl or sniff things.

To have a home, job, friends, family, just like any other person.

To have my family and friends respect me and not spread mean rumors.

To in my own free time, wear clothing, make-up or accessories that I find comfortable, beautiful or meaningful without people harassing me or pulling at me.

Things I do not demand:

To use neopronouns such as “pup/puppy/pupself”

That nobody ever calls me “human”.

That strangers should have to put with me biting or licking them.

Any change in my ID or passport that would reflect my canine nature.

That my workplace should accodommate my therianthropy by letting me urine mark the building or something. 

Forbid other people from using clothing, make-up or accessories that they find comfortable, beautiful or meaningful, just because they aren’t therians.

But you know, “otherkin and therians on tumblr demand such ridicolous things”. 

anyone know any good sources to learn more about otherkin? it’s something i’ve been curious to learn more about but i can’t find any info that isn’t blatant anti-tumblr circlejerk.
