I got 5 biohazards on the Necroa Virus speed run!!! I think the cutoff for 5 biohazards is 300 days. The guide I followed had a record of 317 days and 4 biohazards, whereas my 295 days earned me 5 biohazards.
I used this guide, but I changed a couple of things to make the process even faster.
Once you evolve Gastroenteritis, save your game. You can wait until Bat 1 if you accumulate DNA quickly enough, but absolutely no later than that.
If your first mutation is something other than Cannibalism, reload from your initial save. This keeps symptom costs down in the long run and cuts your wait time on the path to the zombie apocalypse.
Save again once you do mutate Cannibalism. Waiting for this mutation is a long, luck-dependent process. If something goes wrong later in your run, you can reload from here without having to wait for RNG to give you the right mutation again.
Wait to evolve Bat 2 until you have been detected. This single transmission can turn your disease from "minor" to "worrying" since it adds severity and lethality. Even if you have Cannibalism, as long as you don't have Bat 2 with it, your disease will still be considered "minor." This gives you a bit more time to infect other countries before they shut down their ports/borders, since they won't feel so urgently threatened.
Reload if Saudi Arabia shuts down its airport too early. We want that airport up and running as long as possible since it sends planes to so many places. We can move zombie hordes, but they can only go to adjacent countries. The airport shutting down before you can get to the Americas is a run-killer.
On the other hand, don't worry if the seaport is shut down before you get to Madagascar. Madagascar is adjacent to both Saudi Arabia (your starting country) and East Africa (shares a border with Saudi Arabia and is likely to get infected soon after), so your zombies will get there quickly enough.

Animal talent. Makes sense, considering how obsessed I am with my dogs. Water talents were always my favorite, but I do think this is the correct result for me. (Also, coincidentally, my Disneystrology character is Fawn.)
